This chakra healing meditation can help you to balance the wheel of energy, 7 major chakras in your deeper koshas. We will use the bija mantra or sound to resonance inside. You will feel lighter and balance after the practice.

Bua Meditasi.

Today meditation practice is chakra meditations with bija mantra.

Bija mantra are one syllable seed of sounds so we will bring the one syllable sounds to each of our chakra or the will of the energy.

You may know we have a seven major chakra in our body.

So we will make the sound of Lam in the root chakra,

The Pham in the chakra chakra,

Ram in the serra plexus,

Yam in the heart chakra,

Ham in the throat chakra and Om in the third eye and your crown chakra.

I will guide you along the process.

We just need to hear my guidance,

Listen my guidance and relax your body.

Let's find the most comfortable sitting positions.

You may choose to sit in the floor or just lying on your back.

Feel your tailbone,

Feel your sitting bone grounded.

Lengthen your lower back,

Roll your shoulder back,

Relax your face,

Your shoulder,

Smile to your face and you can start to close your eyes.

Start to aware of your breathing.

Take a deep inhale through your nose and letting go to your mouth.

Take a deep inhale through your nose and exhale longer to your mouth.

Take a deep inhale,

Smile to your face and exhale through your nose,

Relax the whole body.

Start to observe the flow of air in and out from your both nostrils.

Just relax the way you are.

Surrender to the flow.

Take a deep inhale through your nose and let go of your nose.

Start to observe your body from your crown to your toes.

So bring more focus in along your spine to the tailbone.

Just let the flow of the energy flowing through your spine and let it be the way it is.

Bring your attention to your root chakra,

Your tailbone area,

Feel the softness of the Mother Earth energy in the lower your tailbone and letting go relax more going down to your tailbone.

Every time you exhale you feel the softness to release all the fearness out from your tailbone area.

Be using the Bija mantra of LAMB.

Let vibrate three times and feel that it flowing through and releasing all the fearness.

LAMB You can feel the lightness surrounding your root chakra.

Let the prana flow up to your sacral area in your reproduction organ and surrounding your hip area.

Letting go the fear of guilty.

If you have any guilty in your past,

In your present,

Just letting go along the way you exhale out from the second chakra area.

Now the Bija mantra of FAM.

Let vibrate in that area.

FAM FAM Feel the lightness in the second chakra.

Feel the prana flow up to your stomach area and feel letting go the feeling of shame.

If you are to control too much control of your life,

Aware that nothing is permanent.

You just need to let go.

Feeling that negative emotions out from your third chakra,

Out from your stomach.

Now with the Bija mantra of RAM.

Let's vibrate three times in your stomach.

RAM And you can feel the lightness in your third chakra.

Feel the prana flow up to your heart,

Your heart center.

Feel the lightness surrounding,

Feel the lightness in the flow of energy flowing to your heart center.

If you have any grief in your heart,

Just feel it letting go out from your heart.

You can add more the vibrations of the love,

Of the kindness,

Just to help you to letting go out from your heart.

Now with the Bija mantra of YAM.

YAM And feel the lightness,

The love in your heart.

YAM And continue to feel the lightness up to your throat,

Your fifth chakra.

If you have anything that you cannot speak out,

Any burden,

You cannot be yourself.

Just feel that negative emotions,

Slowly lighter like the water become a vapor and out from your throat.

Just release,

Let go out from your throat.

And with the Bija of HAM.

HAM Feel the cool air and lightness in your throat.

Feel the prana flow up through your third eye,

Between your eyeball.

Connect yourself to the higher self.

You feel that you much thinking,

A lot of thoughts happen in your life that pull you back from some events.

Just feel that negative touch flowing out from your third eye.

Just believe in your present moment now,

Let go the overthinking of yourself.

Now with the Bija OM,

Have a longer OM mantra and let it vibrate.

OM OM Feel the stream of energy up to your crown.

To the peak of your head.

Connect yourself to the God.

Open yourself to the universe,

To the surrounding and absorb the positive energy from the surrounding to yourself.

And deeply feel that the universe and the surrounding can support you anytime you want when you have a good intention.

Now silently,

Mentally repeat the own mantra and connect to your inner self more.

Let the meditation continue.

You You You You You You You You You You Slowly bring back your awareness to the whole body to the breathe and bring both palms in front of the chest chin to the chest and feel the lightness and the balance of energy for the rest of your day Namaste
