Bua Meditasi Today practice is Inner Smile Meditation.

In Inner Smile Meditations,

We are grateful for our bodies and follow all internal organs in our bodies such as the lung,

Kidney,

Liver,

Spleen and also our heart.

So we will revisit our organ one by one and sending the gratefulness,

The thanks for each of the organs to support our life until now.

Let's find the most comfortable position of sitting.

Feel your sitting bone grounded on the ground.

Lengthen your spine,

Roll your shoulder back,

Smile in your face as that could close your eyes.

Let's find the most comfortable position of sitting.

Aware of your breathing,

Take a deep inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.

Take a deep inhale and smile to your face and exhale relax your face and your shoulder.

One more deep inhale through your nose and let it go,

Relax the whole body.

Observe your natural breathing,

The in and out of the soft air through your both nostrils.

Start to scan the whole body.

Start from your crown down to your face,

Flowing down to your neck,

Relax your shoulders,

Both hands,

Your spine,

Tailbone,

The front side of your body,

Your hips and down down to your toes.

Take another deep inhale through your nose and letting go even more through your mouth.

Just observe whether in your body,

Any part of your body that somehow different maybe still have a tensions or you can feel just stiffness.

Change your breathing or your prana to melting down and relax more.

Another smile from your face.

And feel it come from your heart.

Feel the vibrations of the love inside your breath.

And also feel the appreciations of your life through your breathing inside all the cells of your body.

And bring these vibrations of the gratitude with you and send it to your lungs.

It's located in the left and the right side of your chest.

Mentally say thanks to your lung that has been working with you for 24 hours until now.

Thanks for the oxygen that you get upon your life until now because of your lung.

And you can visualize your prana bring the white light shine and bright to make your lung happy and smile.

Feel the vibrations of the love flowing through your kidney.

It's located in your lower back.

Mentally say thank you to your kidney.

And feel the warmness of the love inside the kidney.

Appreciate for the clean liquid and the flow of liquid because of your kidney.

And you can visualize a blue light shine and bright in your kidney.

And you can feel that your kidney is smiling and happy.

Feel your body is lighter than before and flow the prana to your liver area.

It's located in the right side below your chest.

Feel the vibration of the love and send to your liver.

And feel the softness of your breath.

And feel the grateful that you get a healthy liver until now.

And visualize a green bright light to shine and cleanse your liver.

And you can feel deeply your liver is smiling and happy.

Just letting go even more.

And feel the softness of the air flowing to your spleen.

Located in the left side below your chest.

You can feel your healthy spleen maintaining your good immune system.

And be grateful for the life.

And visualize the yellow light shine and bright to cleanse your spleen.

And feel deeply your spleen smile back to you and happy.

Feel the lighter of the air inside your body.

And flow to your heart center.

Feel the vibrations of the love and gratefulness inside your heart.

And be grateful for your heart and the blood flowing inside your body.

Be thanks to your heart and sending the red light shine and bright.

And be grateful for the light shine and bright.

And you can visualize the golden light in the top of your head.

You can feel the warmness of the golden light flowing through all parts of your body.

Not just in the surface but go deep inside your organs.

And visualize the golden light going through all the five organs in your body.

Together with the color in your lung.

The white and golden together.

In your kidney the blue and the golden together.

In the liver the green and the golden creating the lightness of your body.

Feeling through the spleen the golden and the yellow.

Feel the lightness growing in your heart the red and the golden.

And feel the golden light in every inch of the side of your body.

To give you energy.

To give you vitality.

To give you protections.

You can continue the meditation.

I really needed this. Thank you so much, Edwin. The warmth of your voice, the kindness and the love in your voice were such a soothing balm for my heart. I actually cried when we got to the kidneys; I don’t know why, but I’ve been processing lots of emotion lately and obviously I needed to let go.
