As I continue your body will relax more and more.
As you continue to breathe deeply and evenly imagine yourself standing at the entrance of a beautiful serene garden.
This garden represents your inner sanctuary.
A place where you can always find solace and healing.
Visualize the entrance before you.
An ornate gate or archway covered in climbing flowers and lush greenery.
As you step through the entrance a sense of calmness envelopes you.
You are greeted by the soothing sounds of rustling leaves and other sounds of nature.
Take a moment to observe your surroundings.
Notice the colors,
The fragrances and the textures around you.
This is your sacred space designed just for you.
Walking along the path you come across a tranquil pond.
The water is clear and still reflecting the peaceful sky above.
As you gaze into the water you see your own reflection.
A reminder that this inner sanctuary is a reflection of your true self,
Your essence.
In a corner of the garden you notice a cozy and inviting shelter.
It may be a gazebo or a temple or a simple wooden bench surrounded by beautiful plants all around.
Approach this space and enter it.
Inside you find a comfortable spot to sit or lie down.
Take a moment to settle in.
Become aware of the support beneath you.
The air here feels nurturing and safe like a gentle embrace.
Begin to tune in to your breath as you imagine closing your eyes in this scene and with each inhale imagine a warm healing light entering your body.
This light is the essence of your inner sanctuary.
Bringing with it a deep sense of calm and comfort.
A warm healing light on every inhale.
The essence of your inner sanctuary and a deep sense of calmness and comfort.
With each exhale release any tension or negativity you may be holding on to.
Let go of any emotional burdens you've been carrying.
Allow this healing light to illuminate the corners of your heart gently melting away any barriers or pain.
Each inhale more and more of that warm healing light going all the way through your body illuminating the corners of your heart melting away any barriers or pain.
Every exhale continuing to release any tension mentally or physically.
Any emotional burdens you've been carrying.
As you continue to breathe in this way imagine the walls of your inner sanctuary glowing with the same warm light.
This light is a reflection of your resilience of your capacity to heal and transform.
Now bring to mind any emotions or experiences that you've been struggling with and visualize them as clouds hovering above the surface of the tranquil pond.
And with each breath watch as the clouds begin to dissipate revealing the clear and still water below.
Stay in this space breathing and releasing as long as you need.
Know that you can always return to this inner sanctuary whenever you need a moment of healing and restoration.
When you are ready to leave take a moment to express gratitude for the healing you've experienced in this space and slowly bring your awareness back to your physical surroundings,
With your fingers and toes.
And again only when you are ready.
When you open your eyes you will carry the sense of peace and healing from your inner sanctuary with you.
Remember this sacred space is always within you ready to provide solace and renewal whenever you seek it.
