Transcript

Find yourself a comfortable position in a space where you won't be disturbed so you can really take maximum benefit from this hypnosis.

Start by noticing your breath and slowing it down.

Every exhale,

Breathing out any tension,

Any worries,

Any strains.

And exhale as fully as you can.

And every inhale,

Breathing in as deeply and fully as is possible.

And inhaling calmness and relaxation.

And knowing that every breath you exhale,

The hypnosis will flow from the top of your head down to the tips of your toes like waves.

Waves of hypnosis flowing through your mind and your body.

Breathing deeper and deeper.

Relaxing every muscle and every fibre of your body as completely as you can.

Drifting down into hypnosis becoming so relaxed.

Drifting down into deep hypnosis into the very special part of your subconscious mind.

And in that very special part of your subconscious mind,

The suggestions that I make will be accepted and will be put into action perfectly.

In line with all the perfect rhythms of your body.

Thinking deeper and deeper into hypnosis.

Deeper and deeper into profound hypnosis.

And any time you listen to this,

You will find that you go even deeper.

Even quicker than before.

Notice how your body feels.

Starting with your eyelids,

All the little muscles around the eyes have relaxed.

All the muscles of the face have relaxed.

Down into your neck,

Your shoulders,

Arms to your elbows,

To your wrists,

To your hands.

Down into your chest,

Into your abdomen,

Down your back,

Into your hips.

All the way down your legs to your knees,

To your ankles,

To your feet,

To the very tips of your toes.

And this hypnosis will continue to deepen.

With every breath you exhale.

And you are listening to this so that you can reach your ideal goal of weight.

Your ideal target.

So that you can lose weight easily and healthily in a way that is just right for your body.

Just right for your health.

And you have wanted to do this for some time.

So you know exactly what it is that you want.

So just remind your unconscious mind just what it is you want.

Just what weight you want to be.

Just what size you want to be.

Just how you want to feel.

How you want to look.

And why you want to be this weight.

And why you want to feel this way.

Why you want to look this way.

What will this mean to you?

How will it change your life?

Just so that your unconscious mind knows and understands how this will benefit you.

So that consciously and unconsciously it is appropriate to lose that weight.

And because it is your decision and your desire to lose that excess weight.

And I want you to know that you will find it so easy.

Because never again are you going to eat unless you are physiologically hungry.

There is no other need.

And you will only eat foods that are good for your body.

You find yourself craving foods that are good for your body.

It is something you will be delighted with.

When you are hungry,

Just craving foods that are good for your body.

And you find yourself turning away from anything that would have harmed your body in the past.

You will always sit down to eat.

And when you sit down to eat,

You will chew every mouthful very slowly.

So that your food is almost liquid by the time you swallow it.

Which makes it so much easier for your body to take all the wonderful nutrients from the food that you have just eaten.

And you enjoy drinking water more than ever before.

And you will find yourself drinking more and more water.

You find it cleansing.

You enjoy the feel of the water going down your throat.

You can feel it cooling you and refreshing you and cleansing every cell of your being.

You imagine it brightening your skin and your eyes.

You like the taste.

You are drinking more and more water than ever.

More water than you normally do.

Your stomach is getting smaller and smaller even as I am talking to you right now.

Just imagine your stomach whatever size it appears to be in your mind.

And imagine that stomach getting smaller and smaller right now in your minds eye.

Smaller and smaller to a size that you believe is perfect.

With every day that passes naturally you will want to eat smaller and smaller quantities of food.

You will remember that stuffy feeling you have when you eat too much and you will never want to have that stuffed feeling again.

You visualize your stomach as small.

And when you are eating your brain will get the signal that your stomach is full much quicker than usual.

And of course you will be chewing every mouthful very slowly which will also help in your brain getting that signal just in time for you to stop eating.

So that you don't reach for the unnecessary second helping.

So that you don't finish everything that is on your plate if you are full.

You find it very easy to put your knife and fork together and say I have had enough.

That's the perfect amount for me.

You can either eat the leftovers another time or you can throw them away.

Either way it is far better than to keep eating when it's not necessary.

When your body has told you it's got all it needs.

From now on you listen to your body.

You are so in tune with your body more and more every day.

Giving it just what it needs and no more than is necessary.

Because of course then you get that full feeling which isn't nice.

And you don't want to feel anything that isn't nice.

You are enjoying a new way of eating.

You eat your food very very slowly.

You put your cutlery down between bites.

When you only think about the food that's in your mouth you are in no hurry.

And because you think only of the bite that is in your mouth you enjoy the taste much more.

You become so much more sensitive to the tastes and smells of whatever it is you are eating or preparing.

And you are far more satisfied with every meal you eat.

Because you are so in tune with the tastes,

The smells,

The textures.

More in tune than you have ever been before.

You eat very very slowly.

You eat much less.

But you are enjoying it more.

Never again will you have any feelings of guilt or worry about this meal or whether it's going to add to your weight.

From now on you look forward to preparing food and you look forward to eating it because it's a new experience.

You enjoy everything about it and you find it very easy to stop as soon as you are full.

Knowing that you can eat again later on in the day or the next day.

Any foods that are bad for you,

Such as sweet foods,

Sugary foods,

Snacks and things like that are repulsive to you.

They remind you of a plate of granulated sugar with thick sticky syrup poured over it.

And because these foods are repulsive to you,

You will lose that weight easily and effortlessly.

Bit by bit,

Day by day,

In a healthy way that is perfect for you.

Until you reach your target goal,

Your weight that you want to be.

And when you get to the weight that you want to be,

You will stay there.

You will remain at your perfect weight and you will continue to eat in this healthy way.

And you will find it so easy.

And as well as feeling so good and so happy,

You also find you feel more energetic and then you find that you exercise more.

And the more you exercise,

The better you feel.

Whether it's a trip to the gym or a brisk walk around the block.

And the better you feel,

The more you want to exercise.

The more you want to move your body.

And you really want to.

It becomes another thing that you really look forward to doing.

Easy,

Effortless,

Bringing so much joy to your life.

Feeling so good about yourself.

Finding it so easy to maintain these eating habits.

Finding it so easy to go out and exercise because you really want to.

You really want those feelings of energy and pride.

You are looking better.

You are feeling better.

Your clothes are getting looser and looser.

Your weight is melting away and you are feeling so good.

And the fantastic thing is these feelings are going to grow and grow.

They are going to increase.

So when you are feeling good,

You are also excited about the future.

How good am I going to be feeling this time next week?

How much better am I going to be feeling in two weeks time?

This will not stop.

This feeling will carry on and on and on.

And your mind will be brimming with ideas of what you can do next.

Everything will change.

You will feel good about yourself.

You will walk more confidently.

You will talk more confidently.

You will even think more confidently.

You smile all the time.

So just go a little deeper into that wonderful hypnosis that is doing amazing things already.

And the amazing thing about hypnosis is that there is no limit to the level that you can get to.

So as you are in this lovely deep state,

I want you to know that you have a right to enjoy a healthy slim body.

You have amazing respect for your mind and your body.

You have chosen your ideal weight and your size.

And any time you think about yourself,

That is what you see.

You see the ideal,

Real you.

You visualize the real you.

Every single part of you understands now your overwhelming desire to reach and maintain this perfect size and weight for you.

Now go even deeper,

Feeling that hypnosis flowing even deeper.

And imagine now that you are in your own secret place,

A very peaceful place,

Feeling slim and attractive,

Enjoying being the real you.

And I want you to imagine in front of you a beautiful mirror.

And in that mirror you see yourself.

You were never as happy.

You are your perfect weight in this mirror.

Any time you look in this mirror,

You are your ideal size and weight.

And you look at that reflection feeling so happy.

You are looking at yourself.

You are noticing your posture,

Your facial expression,

That feeling of pride that you have felt before,

But now it is permanent.

Looking in the mirror and liking what you see and knowing you have worked hard to get here.

But from now on you will find it easy and effortless because it is so ingrained in the depths of your mind that this is healthy and ideal for you.

This person in the reflection is you and you are so happy with what you see.

You look so good and you feel so good.

And you take care of yourself in all areas of your life,

Not just by eating well.

You are mindful of your thoughts.

You say kind words to yourself because you deserve to take the best care of yourself.

You are the only person who will take the best care of yourself.

And this is happening right now.

This new positive personality which will grow and grow with every moment that passes.

Looking at yourself,

Admiring yourself,

Telling yourself you deserve to be healthy and happy.

And from this moment on you will do everything that you can to make sure you are always healthy and happy.

The reason you look and feel so good is because you respect yourself.

And you love yourself.

You respect your body.

And you love your body.

And you do everything you can to nurture and nourish your mind and your body.

Feeling really,

Really good now.

Clarity of mind,

Maybe many other ideas flowing into your mind now.

You eat only when you are sitting down.

And you enjoy food more than you've enjoyed it before.

You associate it with nurturing and nourishing and health.

You enjoy the tastes.

Enjoy the textures and the smells.

Never again will there be any feelings of guilt or worry.

Because you know you are in complete control.

And when you are full you stop eating.

And you know that you won't be eating anything that won't benefit you in some way.

Your taste buds savour and enjoy every bite.

You think only of the bit of food that is in your mouth.

You put all your attention onto the food that is in your mouth.

You chew that mouthful slowly.

You enjoy every bit of taste it has to offer.

You notice how the tastes change with every mouthful as you break it down more and more.

Slowly you swallow it and only then do you think about taking another bite.

You are eating so slowly that you enjoy every bit of taste and flavour in your food.

Your brain hears the signal that your stomach is full much quicker than it would have done before and when you realise you are full you stop eating.

It doesn't matter if there is food on your plate.

Far better to leave it there whether it's for later or to throw it away than to put it into your body.

When you do not need it.

When you realise you are full you stop eating immediately and you feel extremely happy and you think what a lovely meal that was.

You only think of food when your body needs nourishment,

When you are physically hungry and you sit down and you eat slowly and you enjoy every bite.

And if there is any time where you think about food when you are not hungry you have a very easy way of dealing with it.

You think of that mirror,

You see your perfect self looking back at you and you know that you are merging more and more every day with that image.

And if you do think about food when you are not hungry you find that what you do instead is look forward to your next meal knowing that you will eat it when you are hungry.

Never again will you eat between meals,

You will only eat when you are hungry.

You are able to look forward to meals,

You are able to feel excited about them because you know you are in complete control,

You can enjoy the meal and you can stop when you are full and you can live like that for the rest of your life.

These wonderful healthy eating habits are much more important to you than anything else.

They are much more important to you than eating when it is unnecessary.

And every time you stick to these habits,

Every hour that goes by,

Every day that goes by you are reinforcing these habits,

You are reinforcing your ideal self in your mind and it will get easier and easier and easier with every second,

Every moment,

Every day.

The weight is melting away,

Your motivation is increasing,

Your metabolism is working right now.

It will give you the best health,

The best happiness,

The most satisfaction and getting closer and closer to your ideal size and when you get to your ideal size,

Staying there.

When you are no longer hungry,

You find it very easy to leave food on your plate knowing that if you eat it,

It will just harm your body and your mind.

Now you respect your body,

You respect your mind,

You respect yourself.

You only eat what your body needs.

Taking in a deep breath and letting it out slowly and going even deeper down now.

Thoroughly enjoying this feeling.

You only eat when you are physically hungry.

You only eat when your body needs food.

You enjoy the taste of food more than you've enjoyed it for years.

Your mind knows the difference between real hunger and a fool's appetite.

Your mind knows the difference between when you are really hungry or when you might just be bored or sad.

But these feelings of boredom and sadness and whatever other emotions go through your mind in the past will become less and less every day.

Because you are feeling so good,

So in control,

So happy with who you are,

How you feel and how you look,

That there will be no desire to eat when you are not hungry.

And when you look in your mirror every single day you are merging with your ideal self.

You love the way you look.

You love the person you are.

Living with this mirror image every single day.

Feeling more confident.

Feeling more content.

Smiling more and more.

Feeling so proud of yourself.

In complete charge of the way you feel and that is ultimate power.

The way you eat,

The way you think,

The way you conduct yourself.

It is a wonderful feeling.

Today you've chosen a wonderful road.

A bright cheerful happy road.

Full of optimism and health and excitement about the future.

Knowing that you are going to feel better and better every day.

And your control of your ideal weight is going to be easy and effortless.

You're going to be healthier than ever.

You'll feel great.

You're on the road to a longer and healthier life.

And you feel better and better.

More and more cheerful.

More and more optimistic.

And if you are listening to this while falling asleep at night.

When I count to the number one you can simply continue into a lovely deep restful sleep.

And when you are in that sleep your mind will go over and over.

All the suggestions I've made.

But if you are using this time to sit and rest in hypnosis.

When I count from five up to one at the count of one and not before you will open your eyes.

But before I do just allow yourself to accept all the suggestions that were made.

Allow yourself to accept all the suggestions that were made.

And make them a permanent part of you.

And if you were to listen to this again you'll go twice as deeply into hypnosis.

Much faster.

So that you can gain maximum benefit from this amazing state.

So five slowly,

Easily,

Gently feeling yourself coming back to your full awareness.

Four at the count of four you are still relaxed and calm.

But a wonderful powerful positive energy is flowing through your mind and your body and you're feeling great.

Three two and at the next count one.

Eyes open.

Fully alert.

Totally refreshed.

Just notice how great you feel.

OMGoodness this was fabulous my bulgy anxious tummy fell flat by the end of this session. I am at the start of my weight loss journey and I’m not one for dieting it’s has always been about exercise but due to a few months of “stuff” going on I’ve lost the motivation and not eaten well at all. I’ve been meaning to get back into it but now find it difficult and I lack long term motivation. To add I also suffer with SAD so once the clocks went back I knew I was going to struggle. However this session touched all the right point for me being a visual person this really motivated me and I’m so thankful to you 🥰🥰 I’ll be listening to this regularly as this is the diet I needed 🥰🙏🏾🥰 THANK YOU AGAIN 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

I have listened once or twice a day for the last four days and the results are astonishing. I listened to this before I went to sleep last night. I fixed breakfast this morning and worked on some office stuff that usually has me stress/ comfort eating. I noticed I wasn't wanting to snack. I was not really hungry for lunch but hubs got hungry around 2:30 so I joined him. Ate half of what I normally would and put the rest in the fridge. I am a "clean your plate" kind of girl so this strikes me as odd. I may include this as part of my nightly ritual and see what happens but I am pleasantly surprised by how meals have gone today. I just decided to take a break from the day and have a second listen. :)
