
Plant Seeds Of Confidence
Our inner dialogue helps to shape our reality. We are constantly giving suggestions to the subconscious mind, which then grow, and create our reality. By changing that dialogue and creating positive suggestions, we can change our view of ourselves, our abilities, and our world. Allow this hypnosis to plant seeds of confidence into your mind, and let them flourish. The more you listen, the better you will feel. These feelings of calmness and confidence will grow and grow with each and every day!

And make yourself comfortable either sitting or lying down and start by taking in a very deep comfortable breath and hold it and as you exhale if you haven't already done so you can allow your eyes to close and keep them closed until I tell you to open them.
And take in another very deep very comfortable breath and exhale as fully as is comfortable for you.
Take in another very deep comfortable breath and let that out too very slowly and already you can feel your body starting to relax.
Put your attention around your eyelids and let all the little muscles around the eyes relax.
Continuing with those lovely deep inhale and exhales.
Now put your attention on that relaxation that you are allowing yourself to have around your eyes and send that relaxation all the way down to the very tips of your toes.
Just feel your feet becoming very comfortable,
Very relaxed.
And now let that relaxation flow up into your ankles,
Up all the large and small muscles of your legs to your knees,
Up all the large and small muscles of your thighs,
Into your hips,
Abdomen,
All the large and small muscles of your back,
Into your shoulders,
Down your arms,
Into your elbows,
Wrists and hands.
Up into your neck,
Up into your head,
Over your head,
Down into your face.
Let all the muscles of the face relax.
Every word I say will guide you deeper into a lovely state of hypnotic relaxation.
And when you were in this state of hypnotic relaxation you are highly suggestible and this is when I'll give you all those positive suggestions that you want.
Easy to do,
Just let it happen.
Just feel yourself sinking deeper and deeper.
And any outside sounds that you hear will just guide you deeper relaxed.
This is your time just for you.
Nothing and nobody can disturb you.
And if your mind is racing just let it race.
Don't try to make it do anything.
It will all calm down in its own time.
While you focus on the calm relaxing sensations going through your body.
So feeling that relaxation now flowing all the way through your mind and your body.
Every nerve,
Muscle and fiber bathing in relaxation now.
And I'll count from one down to three and with each count your body will go deeper and deeper into this wonderful relaxed state.
And when I get to the number three you'll be so deeply relaxed.
And so ready to gain maximum benefit from this lovely state.
So one deeper and deeper.
Two deeper and deeper relaxed.
Three very deep,
Very comfortable and very relaxed.
Any sounds that you hear will guide you deeper.
Following my suggestions will also guide you deeper.
The sound of my voice will guide you even deeper into this wonderful relaxed state.
And as you continue to relax even further,
Even deeper.
So you will find that everything that I say to you will be recorded into your unconscious mind.
And make a deep and lasting impression.
It will become stronger and stronger every day.
I want you to know.
It will become stronger and stronger every day.
Each and every day you will become more and more confident.
More and more calm.
More and more relaxed.
These feelings of confidence,
Calmness and relaxation will affect every part of your daily life.
These feelings of calmness,
These feelings of relaxation,
These feelings of confidence will affect every part of your daily life.
Your life will improve immediately for the better.
You are going to become mentally and physically fitter in every way.
You are going to become mentally and physically fitter in every way.
You are going to become mentally and physically stronger in every way.
You are going to feel more vibrant.
You are going to feel more alive.
You are going to feel more alert.
You are going to feel so energetic.
You are going to feel more optimistic.
You are going to be much,
Much happier.
You are going to find that you become so deeply interested in whatever it is you are doing or whoever it is you are with that your mind will focus away from any worries or any problems.
Your attention will be completely distracted away from yourself.
Every day your mind will become calmer and clearer.
Tomorrow it will be calmer and clearer than today.
And the day after tomorrow it will be calmer and clearer than tomorrow.
Improving every single day.
Your nerves become stronger and steadier.
You are more able to cope with whatever life has in store.
Your mind becomes calmer and calmer.
And as a result you are able to concentrate on whatever it is you are doing or whoever it is you are with to the complete exclusion of anything else.
You are able to give your undivided attention to whatever it is you are doing.
You remember things easily and effortlessly.
You are much much calmer.
You are emotionally in control.
You are more able to cope with any situation.
You are mentally calm and you are physically relaxed yet completely focused.
You feel confident and you feel in control.
And these feelings of confidence will grow and grow with every day.
And all these things will begin to happen.
You feel more and more capable.
You rely upon yourself.
You trust your own efforts.
Your own judgments.
You are able to cope confidently and calmly.
Each and every day a greater feeling of well-being growing within you.
You have more confidence in every way.
In the way you think.
In the way you look.
In the way you speak.
And you have confidence that you can do whatever it is you need to do.
And a feeling of excitement is growing within you daily.
As you notice just how different things are when you feel confident and when you feel calm.
You have a greater feeling of well-being.
Of personal security.
And you thoroughly enjoy feeling and living this way.
And every time you listen to this recording the benefits increase 10 times.
And you'll become much,
Much happier.
Much more at ease.
Much more optimistic.
Much more easy going.
And every time you go into relaxation whether it's with me or with someone else or by yourself you go twice as deeply relaxed twice as quickly.
So that you can obtain maximum benefit from this wonderful state.
And in a few moments I'm going to emerge you.
But before I do so just allow yourself to accept the suggestions that were made.
And that every time you go into this relaxation for beneficial purposes you will go twice as deeply and twice as quickly.
And just say these words in your mind silently,
Mentally.
I am calm.
I am confident.
I am capable.
I am relaxed.
So in a moment I will count from three to one.
And at the count of one and not before let those eyes open.
Become fully alert,
Totally refreshed,
Feeling wonderful in every way.
So three slowly,
Easily,
Gently feel yourself coming back to your full awareness.
Two at the count of two you are still relaxed and calm.
But notice your eyes feel as though they're clearing and there's an excitement building up within you.
You're feeling really,
Really good.
And at the next count eyes open feeling fully alert.
And one just notice how great you feel.
Welcome back.
Have a good stretch and enjoy this feeling of confidence flowing through your mind and your body increasing day by day.
