Take 6 minutes out of your day to sit, centre, calm the body, the mind, the soul, to create space, to clear your thoughts. Enjoy the breath. Go about the rest of your day feeling recharged. Use again as and when necessary. Go within.

Transcript

Daily meditation.

Take five minutes out of your day.

To sit and re-centre.

To calm the mind,

To calm the body,

To calm the nervous system,

To calm the soul.

Leaving more and more space to clear your thoughts.

Take in a deep breath and hold it.

Let that breath out nice and slowly and pause.

Take in a deep breath,

Filling up your lungs,

Straightening your back and hold it.

Slowly exhale,

Completely let the shoulders drop.

Take in another deep,

Full breath,

Filling up your lungs and hold it.

Straightening up your back,

Lifting up your head.

And exhale,

Nice and easy,

Feeling your body relax,

Let the shoulders drop and the head bow gently.

And continue to breathe in this way.

Slowly and fully.

Lifting up your body on the inhale,

Softening the body on the exhale.

Bringing movement into your meditation.

And making sure you pause at the top of each inhale and at the end of every exhale.

Feeling any tension draining away.

Feeling every nerve,

Cell and fibre of your being bathing in calm.

Rejuvenating and recharging.

And you can do this anytime you need.

Any moments of craziness in the day,

Just stop for five minutes.

Breathe easy,

Notice the sensations within.

And allow yourself to reset and recharge before going back to your daily life.

Or maybe you're using this to calm the mind before going to bed.

Or maybe you're using it first thing in the morning.

Anytime you wish to clear your mind,

Recharge,

Rejuvenate,

Reset.

Breathe away any tension.

Just allow this to be part of your daily self care.

And when you feel ready,

You can allow your eyes to open or keep them closed if you're going to sleep.

But either way,

Noticing how much calmer you feel.
