Thomas Edison once said,

I have not failed,

I just found 10,

000 ways that won't work.

Today our meditation is about focusing on the good things that we have done.

Just think about a project that you had,

What are you working on?

Sometimes we are too critical of ourselves and that's good and bad.

At the same time,

We want to do our best,

We aspire to deliver the best image of us and of what we do.

However,

Sometimes that could be a little detrimental to our confidence,

Appreciation and willingness to do more.

So today we are actually taking into consideration the fact that in whatever project you are working on,

There are so many things you did well and that you should be proud of.

Appreciate your effort,

The passion you put in it and though there may be some parts of which you are not completely satisfied,

You still did your best and you worked so hard on it.

Let's find a very comfortable position,

Let's breathe in and breathe out.

Take the deepest breath you have taken all day.

Hold it for a few seconds and then breathe out.

Keep breathing in and out and if possible breathe through your nostrils.

Let your breathing guide you towards a sense of tranquility and peace.

Let your busy day go for a few minutes,

Let all the projects,

All the different chores and errands you have to do be put aside and let's keep breathing.

For a few seconds we are gonna focus on something you did and appreciate all the good you have done till now.

Let us mind-bop up on your beautiful face.

Be thankful and grateful for all the energy and the commitment you have delivered.

You rock!

Now let the thought go,

Your attention go and just keep breathing.

And imagine a beautiful light,

Irradiating calmness,

Joy and love to your soul.

It is shining on your solar plexus,

Located between your chest and your belly,

In your stomach area.

It is spreading energy,

Love,

Support in all your body,

To all your cells which are generating and regenerating every single breath that you take.

This energy is complementing you for all you do and you have done till now.

Now I'm gonna let you inside for a few minutes,

Where you can take advantage of all the benefits this powerful light is offering you.

Let's take a few minutes to get this light and let's get this light.

Always remember all the things you've already accomplished and be proud of yourself for them for granting yourself some time to balance your spirit and your body.

And then the third one.

Now gently get familiar with your surroundings,

The sounds,

Wiggle your toes and fingers,

Stretch your arms if you feel like,

Slowly rotate your neck.

When you feel comfortable,

Open your eyes and go back to your day,

Evening or night.
