The yard first we're gonna take five breaths we're gonna breathe in through the nose and breathe out through our mouth make your out-breath a little longer than the breathing so make it slow,
Step by step we will reach more and more calmness and we will release more now that we are even more calm adjust your position if you need to find better more comfortable place and now imagine that there is one loving hand or two that are taking care of your body they are giving you a massage so they're gonna start with the top of your head it's a gentle pressure you feel the fingers and the thumbs and then the hands slide through your face,
Forehead,
Around your eyes,
Your cheeks,
Your jaws release now the hands are giving massage to your neck to your shoulders down the arms you feel more and more relaxed release everything release the thoughts,
The tension within our body the hands go to your chest your ribs,
Your sides a little pressure on your stomach and belly taking care of the internal organs your digestion the hands moving your hips your thighs your calves your ankles your feet the sole of your feet imagine that this hand knows which parts of your feet he or she needs to press a little more to connect with different parts of your body these loving hands are giving you tranquility they make you feel at ease they are healing and taking care of pain discomfort of different parts of your body we're gonna express some gratitude for these loving hands which took care of us made us feel calm,
