Hi and thanks for joining day 14 of the mindful minute.

This is Laura.

Today I'd like to introduce a visualization practice.

So go ahead and find a comfortable seat.

Close your eyes or turn your gaze downward and begin to think of a place that is calming and peaceful to you.

This will be different for everybody.

So choose the first thing that comes to your mind.

And as you sit and breathe,

Think of that place.

Notice what you see here.

Are there any smells?

What colors are present?

What sounds do you hear and what is around you?

Take in the entirety of this place as it washes peace and relaxation over you.

Nothing else matters but you in this space.

It is yours and it is here for you.

Spend as much time as you need noticing,

Enjoying and just visualizing this place.

Take care and enjoy.
