Uncross your body.

Put your hands palm up,

Pinky finger on your thighs,

So that your shoulders descend.

You can feel your neck elongating,

Your head rising,

Tucking in your chin and just letting the breath go straight up and down.

Noticing where you have pain or tension and considering directing the breath towards those spots to offer them comfort.

Becoming open.

Slowing down,

Getting heavy and still,

And letting the quiet surround you.

Make your breath longer in and slower out.

Just let your thoughts unwind with no particular place to go,

But no need to orient them.

And just sit and relax as long as you need,

And return when you're ready.
