Transcript

Let's just take some deep breaths and slow down and settle in.

Breathing deeply as a way to reduce anxiety and to slow down.

Even breathing slower,

Sitting slower,

Settling in.

As we consider time ahead,

We can imagine a vast horizon opening up,

A nearly infinite number of paths that take us forward.

Breathe into that image.

Without getting too excited or overwhelmed,

Just notice.

Possibility.

See if you experience one particular path as brighter or deeper or wider.

Simply more appealing than the others.

Continuing to breathe,

Step out onto it and begin to see where it leads.

What does it feel like?

Just witness and notice what comes up as you continue to breathe.

And when you're ready,

Draw back.

Come back to the material world.
