Transcript

Find a comfortable position either sitting or lying down and gently close your eyes.

Become aware of your breathing,

Gently noticing each in-breath and each out-breath.

And on your next inhale,

Inhale deeply through your nose and exhale fully through your mouth.

Again,

Inhale deeply through your nose and exhale fully through your mouth.

Now just continue to breathe in this way.

And after your next exhale,

Just breathe in your natural way.

And as your breathing returns to a normal pace,

You find yourself lying in a gorgeous green grassy space.

There are large trees overhead providing just enough shade and you can see past the lush trees up to the sky.

The sky is a magnificent blue and as you stare at it,

You notice bright white billowy clouds are floating overhead.

As you take in this sight,

You feel so much gratitude for the beauty,

So much gratitude for the comfort,

So much gratitude for the space and time.

And now the clouds begin to take on an image of someone or something you are grateful for.

What do you see?

As one image disappears,

A new image forms in the clouds.

Just continue to observe these images and allow the love and gratefulness from your heart space to float upward to each image,

Illuminating it with light.

Continue taking in the images and sending light from your heart to each image.

As you stare at the sky,

You notice bright white billowy clouds are floating overhead.

As you stare at the sky,

You notice bright white billows are floating overhead.

As you stare at the sky,

You notice bright white billows are floating overhead.

And now as the final image begins.

Take a deep breath and bring your light back to your heart space.

Gently recall the images,

Feeling so much gratitude for the beauty of them,

So much gratitude for the comfort they bring,

So much gratitude for the space and time.

And when you are ready,

Gently become aware of the room you are in,

Rubbing your hands or your legs.

And when you're ready,

Opening your eyes.
