Welcome to the Motherline Healing Visualization.
Allow yourself to find a comfortable position,
Whether sitting up or lying down.
Allow yourself to take up space wherever you choose.
Just feeling your body melt into the chair,
On the ground,
Or whatever other surface you may be sitting or lying on.
And as you let your body just melt into the space,
I invite you to become aware of your breath.
Inhaling through your nose and exhaling fully through your mouth.
Just allow yourself to get into a rhythm with your breathing,
A rhythm that is just right for you.
And once you feel yourself settling into this rhythmic breathing pattern that's just right for you,
I invite you to begin your full body relaxation.
Sitting at the crown of your head,
Just imagining the skin and fascia that runs over your skull,
The muscles that run from your skull down into your face.
Just feel those start to lengthen and relax.
Feeling that over the forehead as any lines or wrinkles.
Just relax.
Down through the eyebrows,
Over the eyelids,
Down across the bridge of your nose,
Into your cheeks.
Your jaw is clenched or tight,
Gently let that relax now.
Just allowing this wave of relaxation to then extend down your neck,
Out across your shoulders,
Feeling your shoulders drop down a little,
Down your arms,
Feeling each muscle,
Each tendon just relaxing more and more.
Allowing this relaxation down into your wrists,
Your hands,
Your fingers out into your fingertips.
And allowing this relaxation to come back up your arms,
Up into your chest area.
Just feeling any tension melting away across your chest,
Between the vertebrae of your ribs,
Down across your belly,
Down through the hips,
The relaxation continues.
Just allowing your hips to widen and relax.
And feeling the relaxation heading down through your thighs,
Over your knees,
Down across your shins,
And into the tops of your feet.
Just seeing and feeling every tendon,
Every muscle,
Just relaxing,
Getting heavier.
And let this relaxation go out into your toes,
Coming down to the underside of your toes,
Across the bottoms of your feet,
Up into your ankles.
Just allowing the relaxation to flow up your calves,
Behind your knees,
Up the back sides of your legs,
Up through the buttocks,
Into that lower back,
The relaxation continues.
Just feeling every tiny fiber,
Relaxing more and more.
Letting the relaxation continue up through your back,
Into those shoulder blades.
Letting the relaxation go up the back of your neck,
Across the back of your head,
And then back up to the crown.
Now feeling fully relaxed and fully ready to receive the information coming through.
And so I just invite you now to bring some attention to your heart space and allow that energy from your heart space to float up into your third eye.
Just allow that third eye space to expand,
Expand into a beautiful,
Beautiful pathway,
A gorgeous pathway,
And an enchanted forest.
As you walk,
I just want you to notice the rustling of the leaves and the wind.
Appreciate the blue sky overhead.
Notice the different flowers and vegetation and any smells.
Just take in this gorgeous scenery as you stroll along this path.
And as you continue up ahead,
You see that the path ends in a beautiful crystal lake.
The water is shimmering.
You can almost see your own reflection perfectly as you come up to this beautiful body of water.
And once you approach,
I just want you to kneel down in front of this body of water and just see your reflection.
Just take a good long look at yourself,
Noticing how your hair shimmers in the light,
How your eyes sparkle in this water,
How you truly see yourself in a way you never have before.
And when you're ready,
I want you to just look to the right in the water.
And as you look to the right,
You'll see seven distinct reflections.
They're behind you off to the side.
I just want you to look out over those seven reflections,
Each a different woman's face,
And just see which one you're drawn to.
If it's number one,
Number two,
Number three,
Number four,
Number five,
Number six,
Or number seven.
Give yourself a moment.
Just allow yourself to move around this crystal water so that you're in line with the reflection that you're most drawn to.
And once you're there with that reflection,
I want you to really notice this woman who wants to speak to you,
This woman in your mother line who has so much knowledge to share.
Notice what she looks like.
She has any interesting characteristics that you feel especially drawn to.
And just connect in with her heart to heart.
And when you're ready,
Let her tell you what she wants to share with you today.
She may share this with you in words,
In pictures,
Through a feeling,
Through a smell,
Through a story.
Be open to whatever guidance she wants to share with you today.

And as you begin to feel this information,
Settling in,
Just allow your heart to fill with so much gratitude.
So much gratitude for this knowledge,
These learnings,
These teachings.
So much love for this woman who's willing to step forward and share this with you.
So much space knowing that you have the power to influence this maternal line and that each woman in this line had her unique story,
Her unique pain,
Her unique joy.
And that you are all connected and that you are all one.
And also knowing that we are all connected and we are all one.
So now just look at the reflection of this woman in your mother line and thank her,
Thank her wholeheartedly for what she has shown and shared with you today.
And when you're ready,
Gather up all these teachings,
All these lessons,
Gather them up and place them in your heart space,
Against your chest and just feel them as they slowly integrate into your being,
Opening up new possibilities,
Providing healing to every cell in your body.
Feel it into your heart and then move this energy wherever you feel it needs to go within your body.
Push it out to wherever it needs to be,
Letting it settle in just the right spot for you.
And when you're ready,
Just allow yourself to get up from this crystal blue body of water,
This gorgeous space.
Take one last look and then begin your walk back down the path through this enchanted forest,
Bringing with you all you need from your mother line and leaving behind that which no longer serves.
Coming back,

Back down the path,

Back into your body,
Into the here and now.
Feeling yourself back in your body,
Taking a few deep cleansing breaths,
Gently beginning to wiggle your fingers and your toes,
Rubbing your hands lightly together,
Then placing them over your eyes,
Allowing your eyes to gently flutter open and then allowing yourself to fully return to the room.
