Dr. Maryam Saligheh's work focuses on helping people understand the attachment patterns, childhood conditioning, and emotional blueprints that shape the way they think, feel, relate, experience and respond to life. She explores how early relational experiences can influence adult relationships, boundaries, self-worth, emotional reactions, and recurring behavioural patterns, as well as the connection between chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, anxiety, and physical symptoms such as chronic pain and tension. Through education, reflection, meditation, and breath-based practices, she helps individuals develop a deeper understanding of the unconscious patterns that may be keeping them stuck in familiar emotional and relational cycles. Her framework is built around four stages: Pattern Recognition, State Awareness, Nervous System Regulation, and Identity & Embodiment. The process begins by identifying recurring emotional, behavioural, and relational patterns and recognising how they show up in everyday life. From there, individuals learn to become aware of their internal emotional states, develop greater capacity for nervous system regulation through meditation and breath-work, and gradually create new ways of responding to themselves, others, and life's challenges. She also shares educational content through her channel, focusing on narcissistic abuse recovery, childhood trauma, nervous system healing, and breaking free from repetitive relational patterns.
