Immerse in this uniquely curated multi-instrument sound bath journey for Self Regulation and Acceptance - Layered with binaural beats, meditative drone soundscapes, and healing sounds of Himalayan Singing Bowls, Reverie Harp and Hand Pan (Rav). Whether you are winding down after work, just starting your day or in need of relaxation wherever you are, I prescribe this aural tonic to help release your tensions and activate restful states of your parasympathetic nervous system. Encouraging you to slow down your breath in sync with the music and binaural beats into a meditative state, it also gives you a glimpse into your subconscious inner world. Headphones/ Earphones are encouraged for this journey to receive the full spectrum of vibrations. I put on my cap as a sound meditation facilitator, multi-instrumentalist, and conscious music producer blending electronic synths and binaural frequencies for entrainment into theta brainwave state, as we welcome the new year with compassion.

Hello and welcome to this special session of multi-instrumental binaural relaxation for self-regulation and acceptance.

I'm Dr Fu,

Here to prescribe to you a very special curation of soundscapes,

Instruments and frequencies that can help to bring you to a more relaxed and meditative state,

Where you can access your subconscious patterns and release tensions across your physical and mental body.

I invite you to find a comfortable seated or laying position,

And gently close your eyes or lower your gaze.

Wherever you are and whichever time of the day you're in,

I invite you to take this opportunity to slow down and tune into your inner world,

Your emotions and your feelings,

Bringing yourself into the present moment.

Start to feel the areas of your body that is in contact with the ground.

As you rest into a settled position,

Feel the support of the earth and the ground in a non-judgmental way,

Turning your awareness to your breath.

Start to notice your inhalation and exhalation.

Observe that when you inhale,

Your belly and ribcage expands,

And when you exhale,

Your belly and chest relaxes.

Continue to focus your awareness and attention on this rhythmic movement of your breath,

Feeling expansion,

Exhale,

Feeling relaxation and surrender.

Continuing to observe the quality of your breath,

Allowing your breath to slow down and deepen,

Allowing the ebb and flow of your breath to sync with the music,

Allowing whatever thoughts or sensations that arise to just let it be without attachment.

Start to scan your body from top to bottom for any sensations or tensions,

Your shoulders,

Passion and acceptance for yourself as well as others.
