
Breathing Meditation

This is a guided meditation that focuses solely on the breath. Putting our energy on the breath, the sensations of the breath as we inhale and exhale, the felt sense of the body as we breathe. Focusing in this way allows us to ground into the present moment while attending to the breath and deepening our awareness about what it means to breathe with mindfulness.
