Find your comfortable position.

Close your eyes.

Become still.

Bring your awareness to your breath.

Breathing in slowly.

And a longer,

Slower deep breath out.

And then allow yourself to absorb these readings.

Accumulated pain is a negative energy field that occupies your body and mind.

Like an invisible entity in its own right.

Pain can only feed on pain,

Not joy.

Watch out for triggers,

Irritation,

Impatience,

A bad mood,

Hurt,

Anger,

Depression or a need for drama.

Catch it.

It resonates with its own energy.

Wanting its fix of anything destructive in order to live on in the body.

Not feeding it allows it to dissolve.

Look closely at your thinking and behaviours.

When you direct your awareness to it,

The identification is broken due to a higher level of consciousness coming in.

One of the main tasks of the mind is to fight or remove emotional pain.

Which is why it is so active.

But it can only cover it up temporarily.

Love,

Joy and peace cannot flourish until you've freed yourself from created Angeles mind.
