Find your comfortable position.
Find your stillness.
Close your eyes and observe your breath.
Slowly breathing in.
And then release.
Breathing out.
Long,
Slow and deep.
Allowing these readings to be absorbed.
Most people are still completely identified by the incessant stream of mind.
Of compulsive thinking.
Most of it repessitive and pointless.
There is no I apart from their thought processes and the emotions that go with them.
This is the meaning of being spiritually unconscious.
When told that there's a voice in the head that never stops speaking,
They say,
What voice?
Or angrily deny it.
Which of course is the voice?
The thinker?
The unobserved mind?
It could almost be looked upon as an entity that has taken possession of them.
When experiencing this shift in identity from being the content of the mind to being the awareness in the background can produce an influx of joy and inner peace without knowing the reason.
But first we must disassociate with the thoughts that create this separation.
Thinking is only a tiny aspect of the consciousness we think we are.
The joy of being can only be felt when you get out of your head.
Being must be felt.
It can't be thought.
Thank you for listening.
