Find a comfortable position.
Close your eyes.
Focus on your breath.
Breathing in slowly through the nose.
And a longer,
Slower,
Deep breath out.
Finding your stillness and allowing these breathing to be absorbed.
Observe the many ways in which unease,
Discontent and tension arise within you through unnecessary judgement,
Resistance to what is and denial of the present moment.
Shining the light on it will help it dissolve.
Make the light of your presence shine brightly.
It will be easier to deal with.
Am I at ease in this moment?
Look inside and see what kind of thoughts your mind is producing.
Bringing attention to the background static.
What you are avoiding or resisting by denying the present moment.
If you resent what you are doing,
The energy you are emanating becomes toxic and only contaminates you and those around you.
Emotions are the bodies reaction to those thoughts.
Feel this emotion.
Negativity is never the optimum way of dealing with any situation.
It just keeps you stuck,
Creating more pain.
Through the law of resonance,
Unhappiness spreads more easily than a physical disease.
Are you polluting or cleaning up the mess?
You are responsible for your inner space,
Nobody else's.
Just like we are all responsible for the planet.
As within,
So without.
If we can clear our own inner pollution,
We will also cease to create outer pollution.
When we are in touch with our natural state,
The joy of life within,
We never inflict pain on others or destroy nature.
Take care of your inner space.
Be at least as interested in what goes on inside of you as what happens outside.
Make a habit of cleansing your emotional,
Mental and physical pollutants.
If you get the inside right,
The outside will fall into place.
Primary reality is within,
Secondary reality without.
