Meditation Timer OnlineEsengül is a mindfulness coach and assistant professor in Istanbul. Her interests are organizational psychology, yoga, sports, meditation, and holistic health. She worked as a training nurse in clinics, operating rooms, and as a geriatric nurse for many years. She has been meditating since 2021 and teaching meditation since 2023. She believes inspiring and motivating others will make the world peaceful and more enjoyable. Her academic research focuses on the well-being and mindfulness of healthcare professionals and students.
