Open and spontaneous way,
Through the sense of smell in the body.
You're going to explore the sense of smell,
Discovering that it vibrates like all senses in the highest frequency of all,
The frequency of love.
Love is the connection with the light from within,
The wisdom of your soul.
Any experiences you discover will deepen your relationship with your body and your intimacy with life.
Let's begin by closing our eyes,
Breathing gently and allowing all our senses to reawaken to this present moment,
Within the breath,
Through the sense of smell.
Breathe and bring to mind an experience of whatever is present in your environment with smell.
No matter how subtle that smell is.
Breathe and connect,
Gently coming into your body,
Centering and connecting to the sense of smell.
Be okay with where you are.
Whatever you smell,
Feel it and allow it to be present.
Whatever it is,
Allow it to blossom within your awareness.
Breathe gently into your body and allow your body to relax and rest in this smell.
Listen to your body's wisdom and your heart's warmth.
They will guide you.
Allow yourself to simply be as you are in this moment.
It is safe to be who you are,
As you are,
With this sense of smell.
Breathe.
Allow your smell to guide you.
Let your heart guide you and show you the way.
Breathe gently into your body and gently exhale.
Breathe gently into your body,
Hold for a moment and now slowly exhale.
Breathe even more gently into your body,
Hold for a moment and now even more slowly exhale.
Breathe in whatever it is,
Observe,
Pay attention.
Put your awareness and focus on the smell present in your body.
As you inhale,
Smell.
Tune into your body and notice how the body responds.
Now let's open up our awareness to all our senses.
Feel into your body.
Breathe.
Allow your heart to guide you.
Breathe.
Feel.
Smell.
What do you notice?
You might be someone who notices through your feelings or what you smell,
Taste,
Touch,
See or what you hear.
What do you smell?
What do you taste?
What do you see?
What do you hear?
What do you feel?
Allow yourself to feel and experience.
Welcome any imagery,
Feelings,
Sensations.
Welcome everything into your awareness.
Allow the body to relax more deeply with each in-breath.
Allow the body to anchor and integrate all this wisdom.
Breathe gently into your body and gently exhale.
Breathe gently into your body,
Hold for a moment and now slowly exhale.
Breathe even more gently into your body,
Hold for a moment longer and now even more slowly exhale.
Breathe and feel.
Slowly open your eyes and look around.
What wisdom is present?
What are you here to learn?
Integrate?
Complete?
Breathe.
Tune in to whatever is here,
Now,
In the present moment with all your senses open.
Allow alchemy to happen.
Allow magic to unfold.
Breathe.
Simply observe what is coming through.
Breathe and allow.
Trust and welcome.
Slowly move your body as the wisdom of now,
Integrating all the wisdom of the present with ease and grace.
Knowing you are home and safe in the body with this newly revealed wisdom.
Feel into your feet.
Feel into your hands.
And drop into your heart.
Knowing and trusting that all is well.
Know that you can take this wisdom anywhere.
Feel the openness to all your wisdom,
