I'm going to take you on a magical,
Transformational journey of knowing yourself and deepening your relationship with your body.
As a beginning insight into this magical journey,
I'm going to begin by guiding you into a practice to connect to yourself on a deeper level.
By being the breath in your body,
We're going to help the body to relax by breathing with awareness to bring it into alignment and harmony with the universe.
Everything begins and integrates from and around this fundamental knowing,
Safety and trust in the body,
Even its aches and pains and tension.
The body then becomes the foundation,
The sacred container for being present and allowing magic to happen with your healing.
When you align yourself with your heart and the flow of life,
You begin to feel into the body and feel what is really present with your awareness.
Magic happens by being fully present with whatever is in the body in each moment.
You breathe into that area of the body and hold it in your heart,
Allowing it to feel safe,
Seen,
Loved,
Allowing it to let go and be.
This is where true healing happens.
So let's start by closing your eyes and taking in a deep,
Soft breath into your body.
Breathe into your brain,
Allow.
Breathe into your heart,
Allow.
Breathe into your belly,
Allow your body to relax and let go of any stress,
Any worries,
Any energies that no longer serve you.
Allow your whole body to breathe,
Welcome this divine life force energy into every cell of your being,
Allowing every cell to relax,
Expand,
Relax,
Let go,
Welcome life,
Welcome love,
Welcome light.
Imagine divine light flowing into every cell,
Nourishing it,
Filling it with love and light,
Purifying every cell of your being,
Enter it,
Allow yourself to drop even deeper,
Welcome this energy,
Welcome this divine energy of life,
Love and beauty.
As you do so,
Trust and know that any energies no longer in alignment with who you are are simply being released through your out-breath back into the light.
Coming to center,
Breathing,
Allowing,
Putting awareness on the body,
Coming into the body,
Feeling.
I invite you to become really present with a breath,
Inhale,
Exhale,
Align the breath and body with all its senses,
Scan the whole body,
Feel into your head,
Neck,
Shoulders.
Where do you feel pain?
Where do you feel discomfort?
Feel into your chest,
Stomach,
Hips.
Where do you feel tension?
Feel into your legs and feet.
If you don't feel pain or tension,
Where does your body bring your attention to?
Now where do you feel the most energy?
Connect all the senses to the breath and the body,
Notice any pain,
Any tension or energy in your body.
And perhaps you don't feel any of this,
Only a type of numbness,
Indifference or confusion.
I invite you to notice the intensity of this feeling or sensation.
Feel into it,
Feel into your body.
Which one speaks to you the loudest?
Which one speaks the strongest?
Which has the most energy?
Which one needs attention?
If nothing speaks to you,
Then simply feel the body.
Feel the entire body,
Feel it in your heart,
Become the mother of your body.
Bring this nurturing quality into your awareness.
Allow it to be felt more,
Allow it to be seen,
Heard and noticed by your senses.
Breathe into that tightness,
Frustration,
Pain.
As you breathe,
Allow your body to soften.
See it,
Feel it,
Acknowledge it.
Feel the space,
Allow it to soften and open,
Allow it to express itself.
Continue breathing into the area with the most discomfort.
Hold this area in your heart,
Creating a sacred container for healing,
Resting and being.
As you exhale,
You let go,
Softening,
Softening out,
Softening in,
Softening out.
Up and flow,
Breathing in and breathing out.
Do this and continue breathing into that part of the body until you feel it release.
Allow it to release and be whole.
Breathing in and breathing out.
And now open your eyes as this softening energy,
Wholeness,
Truth and life.
Be pure,
Allowing this healing to be present right now,
In this moment.
