Welcome.

I'm Donica,

A certified Akashic Records healer and intuitive life coach.

I'm going to take you on a magical,

Transformational journey of knowing yourself and deepening your relationship with your body.

As a continuing insight into this magical journey,

I'm going to begin by guiding you into a practice to connect to yourself on a deeper level by simply being the movement in your body and surrendering and opening to the natural life force in the body.

We're going to help the body to relax by breathing with awareness to bring it into alignment and harmony with the universe.

Everything begins and integrates from and around this fundamental knowing,

Safety and trust in the body,

Even its aches and pains and tension.

The body then becomes the foundation,

The sacred container for being present and allowing magic to happen with your healing.

When you align yourself with your heart and the flow of life,

You begin to feel into the body and feel what is really present with your awareness.

Magic happens by being fully present with whatever is in the body.

You breathe into that area of the body and hold it in your heart gently,

Allowing it to feel safe,

Seen,

Loved,

Allowing it to let go and be.

This is where true healing happens.

Let's start by closing your eyes and taking in a deep,

Soft,

Gentle breath into your body.

Breathe into your brain.

Breathe into your heart.

Breathe into your belly.

Allow your body to relax and let go of any stress,

Any worries,

Any energy that no longer serves you.

Allow your whole body to breathe.

Welcome this divine life force energy into every cell of your being,

Allowing every cell to relax,

Expand,

Relax,

Let go.

Welcome life.

Welcome love.

Welcome light.

Imagine divine light flowing into every cell,

Nourishing it,

Filling it with love and light,

Purifying every cell of your being.

Breathe.

Allow yourself to drop even deeper.

Welcome this energy.

Welcome this divine energy of life,

Love and beauty.

As you do so,

Trust and know that any energies no longer in alignment with who you are are simply being released through your out-breath back into the light.

Coming to center,

Breathing,

Allowing,

Putting awareness on the body.

Let's bring our awareness to filling the feet,

Sensations,

Strengthening,

Openness,

Power.

Connect to Mother Earth.

Feel the ground.

Now I invite you to stand up and connect to the breath flowing into the body,

Within the body,

Filling the body.

With each in-breath,

Feel the energy in the body.

Allow the body to guide you into moving with the breath.

Invite your body to guide your breath.

Breathe.

Release any energy that is tense through the out-breath,

Through the body,

Into Mother Earth.

Feel the breath in the body.

On the in-breath,

On the out-breath.

Feel the flow.

Allow yourself to deeply,

Organically connect on the in-breath to the body.

Allow and release on the out-breath.

Allow the body to release.

Start moving side to side,

Gently allowing the body to guide the movement,

The energy,

The life force.

Your arms,

Shoulders,

Hips,

Your body.

Gentle,

Loving.

Allow the body to release.

With each in-breath,

Allow deeper openness.

With each out-breath,

Allow deeper relaxation and release.

Take another deep,

Gentle inhale into every cell of your being.

With each in-breath,

Allow deeper openness.

With each out-breath,

Allow deeper relaxation and release.

Allow the body to dance it out.

Shake it out.

Release it out.

Release it out.

Release it out.

Release it out.

Release it out.

Release it out.

Now open your eyes as this softening energy,

Wholeness,

Truth and life.

Be pure,

Allowing this healing to be present right now in this moment.

Wherever you are,

Allow the body to simply rest.

Drop all expectations and judgments and simply rest in whatever position you are that you find most comfortable.

Release the mind.

Release the mind.
