You are going to explore the flow and the coolness within your body. By simply breathing and connecting to self, the body will let go of any energies or tensions that are not in alignment with who you are now. Breathe. Allow.

Welcome,

I'm Donita,

A certified Akashic Records healer and intuitive life coach.

I am going to take you on a magical,

Transformational journey of knowing yourself and deepening your relationship with your body through water.

Let's begin by taking a soft,

Gentle breath into our bodies as we close our eyes and connect to our hearts.

Breathe gently into your heart space.

Feel what is.

Feel the body.

Allow your body to breathe.

Allow your body to soften.

Allow your body to simply be in this moment as you are.

Breathe and connect to the cool flow of energy within your body and the water element within your heart.

Feel the flow of inner water.

Feel and connect to the life force energy within.

Feel the source of your divine bond.

Breathe gently into each cell and connect to that beautiful flow of coolness within.

Feel the energy of coolness in your heart.

Take a soft breath into your body and as you exhale,

Allow this inner alchemy of water to move freely in your body through your organs,

Through your cells.

Allow this inner flow of water to permeate your crown,

Your brain,

Your eyes and ears.

Feel it in your throat,

Shoulders and arms.

Your hands.

Feel it in your spine,

Your heart,

Your belly.

Breathe into your belly and feel.

Feel the coolness.

Feel it in your hips,

Legs,

Thighs,

Knees,

Ankles and the soles of your feet.

Breathe.

Notice how you feel.

Connect to the soles of your feet.

Allow your feet to open.

Connect to the palms of your hands.

Allow your palms to open.

Let the coolness flow into Mother Earth through the palms of your hands and the soles of your feet.

Let go of any tensions,

Worries or thoughts that are not in your highest good.

Breathe.

Let the coolness flow throughout your body.

Feel the oneness within.

Feel the beautiful life force energy flowing freely through your body.

Trusting the flow of life,

The coolness and the calm,

The alchemy of water.

Rest in the presence of the inner flow of water and coolness,

Permeating your entire being inside and outside.
