Okay,
Let's start our eye yoga now.
You're going to look up towards the ceiling without moving the head,
So it's just the eyes here.
Then look off directly to your left.
Directly to the floor.
Directly right.
Directly up toward the ceiling again.
Now we'll go the other way,
So looking right.
Looking down towards the floor.
Directly left.
And up towards the ceiling.
Now this time we're going to do quarter ways,
So upper left.
Directly left.
Lower left.
Floor.
Lower right.
Directly right.
Upper right.
See you later.
Other direction,
Upper right,
Directly right,
Lower right.
Floor.
Lower left directly left.
Upper left.
And ceiling.
Take a moment to close and rest your eyes.
We'll begin making circles.
So up toward the ceiling.
Upper left,
Left,
Lower left,
Bottom.
All the way around and then switch directions.
Do it one direction and then the other two times.
Good.
Now rest the eyes and now you're going to bring,
I'm just angling myself to the side so you can see what I'm doing,
But you'll still remain face forward with your finger straight in front of you.
You're going to focus on your fingertip really close to your eyes and then draw your fingertip away from your body to the extent of your arm.
Focus on the finger then focus beyond the finger and then slowly draw the finger back keeping focus on the finger.
So again,
Extending the arm,
Focusing on the finger,
Then beyond the finger.
Taking the focus back to the finger as you draw it back towards the body,
Keeping the focus on that finger.
All the way to as close as you can get really with keeping the focus extending again holding focus And then rest.
You're free to repeat that as many times as you'd like.
Then you're going to take your finger right in front of your face and you're just going to swivel it around to your periphery and use your peripheral vision to follow the finger all the way around both sides of your head.
It's kind of like one of those x-rays at the dentist's office that takes a panoramic view of your jaw.
So it's really important here to try not to move the neck.
You're mostly moving the eye.
Now rub your hands together to generate some heat between them.
Keep rubbing until you can get some heat.
So if your hands are really cold it might take longer than if they're really warm.
And then cover your eyes,
Pressing the palms into the bones that surround the eye socket.
So you're not pressing on the eyes themselves,
But the bones around the eyes.
Just get a sense of that pressure.
You can release that pressure just let up a little bit but try to keep your eyes in absolute darkness.
And slowly open your eyes behind your hands into that darkness.
Just look into that.
Black.
You can release.
Your hands,
Open your eyes.
And repeat the sequence if you'd like.
