This is a very simple centering breathing meditation to help you deepen your breath while allowing positive affirmations to be infused into your system. We will be practicing deep slow rhythmical breathing to slow your heart rate down and engage your parasympathetic nervous system. You will feel much calmer and light-hearted.

It's often the hardest thing to do,

To just realise that you need to take some time for you to stop,

To press the pause button.

Get yourself in a comfortable position and then we will begin.

First,

Bring your focus to your breath.

Breathing in deeply.

Send it lower.

Breathing out completely.

Releasing.

Continue,

Deepening your breath,

Bit by bit.

A few deep,

Long,

Mindful breaths helps you get into this space of stillness,

Of peace,

Of calm.

Sometimes we forget how easy it is to get still because we forget that we have access to this.

One deep breath.

Just take one deep breath.

And you will instantly begin to relax your body.

One deep breath.

And you will be able to relax your mind.

One deep breath.

And your emotions begin to settle down.

One deep breath.

And you will be able to access that calm state within you.

One deep breath.

And you will be able to access that calm state within you.

Finding your centre.

Noticing how everything aligns and becomes clearer.

And figuring out the solutions to any of your problems.

Helping you step away and gain perspective.

Moving down into a state of quiet and calm.

Singing down into softness.

Moving beyond the thinking mind.

Allowing whatever to be to be.

Knowing that everything is temporary.
