This track was produced from my own experience with slowing the thoughts down in my own mind. Even as we meditate if we concentrate on nothingness we are still thinking about something, even if it trying not to think. So this visualization aims to acknowledge the fact that we have thoughts but that we can manage them and even slow them down until they are so small they pop away. This is the concept behind Mind Bubbles. Some may be listening for quality, tone and comparing to their own previous experiences with others. This is the exact thing that keeps us from true appreciation, it is the thoughts and judgements. But I ask the listener to only hear the words and feel your way to guide you to your own experience within you own mind's relaxation.

Mind bubbles.

I'm gonna tell you a story about mind bubbles.

But before I do,

I want you to get comfortable and relax.

Wherever you're at right now,

Just relax.

This will not hurt.

You're completely safe.

I'm just gonna talk with you a little bit about the mind bubble.

You ever notice how so many things,

People,

Conversations,

And thoughts enter your mind on a daily basis?

You're always so worried about what other people are thinking about.

What they may be thinking about you,

What they might do next,

How you may react to what they do.

What would you do if they did this?

All these different scenarios place your mind into a continuum that doesn't allow your mind to relax.

And a mind that is not allowed to relax is a mind that will go off the tracks.

You'll find yourself in depression.

You will find yourself asking yourself,

Why can't I figure out this problem?

You need to put your mind on pause.

You need to be able to stop the engine long enough to allow the universal intelligence to enter your mind space.

In order to do that,

You must first punt your body at rest and then your mind at rest.

So we'll begin with the body.

Take a deep breath in now and release.

Welcome in the fresh air into your lungs to fill your lungs with energy and try and release the tension in your body with the release of the air across your lips.

Breathe normally.

Realize that your body is just full of energy,

True,

As bones and flesh,

Hair,

Fingertips,

Toes,

All these things that make up your body.

But it's a vibration of energy,

Atoms,

Coming together in order to make up your body.

We are not all formed the same,

But we are all created from the same matter.

Which is to say that we all matter,

Each and every one of us matters.

If to no one else,

But to yourself,

You matter,

You're important.

You have a place here now in this particular timeframe for a distinct purpose,

Which may or may not be revealed to you at the present moment.

And that's because of the mind bubbles.

Your mind is full of them and you don't allow them to slow down long enough for your purpose to be revealed.

As your face relaxes,

It creases on your forehead.

Your eyes,

Your jaw releases the tension.

A wash of calm energy crosses across your face and relaxes your face muscles,

Which gingerly goes down to your neck muscles.

And release.

Let it be loose.

Let that loose feeling reach your shoulders.

We carry so much of the world on your shoulders.

And just relax your shoulders now.

And your arms,

Let go.

Let it flow.

As the relaxation lowers through your spine,

Feel it unwind,

Going slowly relaxing all the way down to your lower back.

Slowly relaxing all the way down to your lower back.

Relax your hips.

Feel your legs give out.

Muscles,

Your thighs,

Your calves.

Feel the tingling in your feet.

That's the energy sensation that's happening right now in your feet.

Wiggle your toes.

Just breathe.

Relax.

When your body is relaxed,

The only thing left is to slow your mind down.

We all have problems slowing the mind down when there's so much going on in our average life.

But none of that matters in this moment,

In this particular time,

Right now.

This happens to be the bubble of your time.

So just relax.

Indulge in the freedom of yourself.

Find the love that you have for yourself and allow grace to enter this space for you.

Imagine each thing that you're thinking about right now into a bubble.

Picture the scenario that you're trying to stop entering your mind space right now.

Put a bubble around it.

Maybe it's your friend problem.

Maybe it's your mother,

Your father,

Co-worker,

A lover,

A friend,

A cousin.

Someone that just bothered you today and just place them in the bubble.

Now,

There might be another person or circumstance.

Maybe it's a financial problem.

Just put it in the bubble.

And let it go.

Maybe it's a financial problem.

Just put it in the bubble.

Think a little bit and put the other thing in the bubble now.

Person plays a thing,

Put it in the bubble.

And the other.

Breathe and keep allowing your mind to put all these things into little bubbles.

All your cares,

All your worries,

All your hangups,

All your hurts,

Your fears.

Put all them in the bubble.

What you realize as you're putting these in the bubble is that they move like on a super highway of your mind.

Constantly racing and smashing into one another and rubbing against one another.

And your mind does this all day.

Going from one problem to another scenario,

To another person,

To another place,

To another thing,

To another fear,

To another hangup,

To another joy,

To another happiness,

Something else.

And they crowd your mind with the space that they take up and the speed at which they fly through your mind.

I want you to concentrate on one or two of these bubbles now.

Whatever one you want.

And I just want you to imagine it going very fast and you begin to slow that bubble down.

Just that one.

Slow it down.

Slow it down so you can focus in on it.

Slow it down.

Slow it down.

A little more.

Slow it down.

It's coming to almost a halt but it's vibrating just like you.

Now.

Now,

As it's coming to a halt,

I want you to pop it and allow it to disappear.

Just that one.

Just pop it.

Pop it to allow another thing,

Person,

Place,

Hurt,

Hangup,

Joy,

Whatever it is to take its space now.

And I want you to slow it down.

Concentrate on that one thing.

Slow it down.

It could be whatever,

Whatever that is for you.

Slow it down.

Can you see it vibrating?

And then pop it.

Pop it.

Pop it now.

And let it go.

Imagine it.

When it pops,

It fades away.

It disappears.

And the next thought comes in and fills the space.

Allow it to slow down.

Slow a little more.

It feels vibrating.

Picture it in your mind's eye.

That other thing you're thinking about.

And pop it.

Pop it.

Now imagine all these thoughts that you have.

Zipping up and down.

Coming in and out in these little bubbles.

Like effervescence.

Like when you were a kid.

You would use this tech to create the bubbles.

And they would be rainbows.

Color.

Clear.

And you would try and catch them.

And you'd smack them.

And you'd pop them.

Some you would catch with your hand.

And hold for just a moment.

And they would disappear.

Catch the bubbles.

Catch them now.

Have fun.

With your mind and your body relaxed.

Catch the bubbles now.

Pop them all.

Pop them.

Catch them.

Chase them.

You're in control of the flow of bubbles.

And relax your mind.

Feel the joy that comes.

Like as a kid chasing the tiny bubbles.

You're running out of bubbles actually.

You kept catching all of them.

And now you're running them out.

You see more too now.

You reach out to try and catch it.

You keep missing it.

Catch that last one.

Catch it.

Almost got it.

Nice.

What you're left with is empty space.

Maybe it's dark.

Maybe it's light.

Maybe there's vivid color.

This is your safe place.

This is where your mind is at peace.

You can't figure out all your problems on your own.

You have to allow the space to allow the answers to enter your mind.

A mind that's slow.

A mind that is at peace.

A mind that has space to allow the answers to come in.

Relax.

Enjoy the space.

Look around.

Now think about the picture you want to put on the wall.

What do you want in your life?

What will bring you the most happiness and peace in your life?

Think about the thing that you want.

You can imagine whatever you want right now.

And throw a picture on this blank canvas.

Your blank canvas.

Make the picture with your mind now.

What does happiness look like for you?

Picture it.

Now picture yourself in that canvas.

Just add yourself.

The image of you in that space.

This is your intention.

Feel the emotion of happiness and peace in your life.

Hold this mental image in your mind of the thing that you truly want in your life.

The bubbles are gone.

All you're left with is the intention.

Hold it.

Now let it go.

Let go of your intention.

Allow it to have a life of its own and sail away.

This is communication with the Universal Intelligence and your soul's happiness.

You can be here every day.

Just relax and allow your mind to be calm and drift away.

Focus on your breathing.

Feel across your lips.

Your body is relaxed.

You are safe.
