Welcome to 3x3 meditation for restful sleep.

I invite you to relax your body in a comfortable position and gently bring your focus and attention to your breathing right now.

Let your body feel what it feels like to relax and let yourself be supported in the bed or the chair that you're resting against in this moment.

There may be thoughts that are surfacing,

But they're just floating through.

Your mind has the ability to release any thought that comes through your mind.

You can choose to give your attention wherever you'd like to.

You may be choosing in this moment to just let all your attention and your focus relax and become soft and gentle.

Feel the muscles in your head and your neck and your shoulders relax as if there's a warm heat washing over them and working through and releasing any tension residing in your muscles.

Let that warmth roll slowly through every muscle and every cell of your body as you continue to just release any thoughts that occur to you as you just relax and let your body be fully supported.

The warmth rolls through your back and your chest and your belly,

Rolling through from your head all the way down your body.

Down through your legs,

Down through to the tips of your toes.

This warmth is just cascading all through every cell,

Every muscle and fiber of your being,

Taking every ounce of tension with it as it goes through to allow you to sink into a deeply restful sleep.
