Welcome to three by three deep relaxation meditation.
I invite you to sit comfortably.
When you're ready,
Take a comfortable deep breath in and just breathe in and out,
Slowly listening to your body.
Just getting present to the power that breath has.
Just becoming very present in this moment.
There's nowhere else to be.
There's nothing else to be doing.
Just being right here,
Listening and feeling your breath go in and out of your body normally and naturally.
Your highest self is always accessible.
Might not feel close to you right now or it might feel very close to you.
Your highest self,
Your seat of wisdom is accessed easily by just opening the door and inviting.
I invite you to just relax in this moment.
Nowhere else to be.
Nothing else to be doing.
Not just listening,
Listening for the intuitive voice of your highest self.
Inviting you to breathe deeply,
Relax your body,
Relax your mind and relax your conscious awareness,
Fully trusting that your highest self is present.
Just relaxing into the knowing that if you let go,
The answers and the strength and the power that you need will flow through you at the exact moment that you need it.
Being in touch with our highest self is our most natural state.
As you notice yourself getting more and more relaxed,
You can feel the window opening and your highest self flowing through you.
Not just during meditation,
But it's possible all moments of the day to have your highest self flowing right through you.
I invite you to take one last deep breath in and as you exhale and open your eyes,
Remember this feeling and bring it with you throughout the rest of your day.
