Transcript

Welcome to 3x3 power of the breath meditation.

I invite you to sit comfortably and when you're ready,

Allow your body to take a deep breath in.

As your body breathes in and out,

Just let yourself relax,

Becoming present in this moment right now.

There's nothing else you need to do,

But just be present here and now.

Allow your body to breathe in and out naturally and comfortably.

Notice your chest and your belly expanding and become present in the knowing that your breath affects every cell of your body.

Nourishing,

Balancing air,

Entering in and flowing not only into your chest,

Into your belly,

But every cell of your body,

Bringing balance,

Bringing wellness,

Bringing life to each and every cell as the breath flows through,

Gently taking with it anything the cells no longer need.

On your exhale,

Easily and naturally release everything your body no longer needs.

Comfortably balancing,

Refreshing and nourishing the cells of your body.

Becoming present to this simple,

But miraculous process of breathing gets you in touch with your body's innate intelligence and wisdom.

Let yourself recognize the small miracle that breathing is.

Feel your breath moving in and out of your body.

Feel the balance that your breath is bringing to the cells.

Everything no longer needed being gently removed and released.

Allow yourself to take one last deep breath in,

Inhaling refreshing air and gently exhaling everything your body no longer needs.
