Welcome to 3x3 meditation for accessing inner guidance.

In this moment,

Allow yourself to find a place of calm,

Peaceful stillness in your mind,

In your body,

And in your entire being.

As you settle into that place of relaxation,

I invite you to get in touch with the place inside of yourself that your inner guidance comes from.

It may be a feeling in your heart or your belly or just that gut knowingness.

However your highest guidance communicates to you,

I invite you to access that space within right now.

Feel your breathing becoming slower and deeper as you settle into that open,

Curious space inside and bring with you a question.

Maybe there's a next step or a decision you need to make.

Bring the essence of that question or that request into your inner space.

As you ask within,

You may be feeling you're getting the stirring of an answer.

It may be a clear next step or an inspired idea.

Whatever it is for you,

Let it have time and space to surface.

Just trusting and breathing that the guidance you need is rising to the surface for you.

Let your body take another couple deep breaths,

Just sitting in that space of being open to receive your inner guidance.

And even if you feel you didn't get the answer yet in its fullness,

You've cultivated an avenue so that you will be able to more clearly hear your inner guidance as it's being broadcast to you.

Let yourself take one last deep breath in and as you release,

Slowly return your attention into the room right now.
