This 3x3 for taking a Mental Break guides the listener to open the windows in the mind to let the fresh breeze sweep away unwanted thoughts. Breaking up the daily routine with consistent focus toward touching that place of highest strength and wisdom, even just for a few minutes, can have lasting positive results. Welcome to 3x3 meditation for taking a mental break.

Let your body rest comfortably for these next couple of minutes.

Let the chair you're sitting in fully support you so you can relax every single muscle in your body.

As your body relaxes,

Your mind relaxes.

It just feels so good to allow yourself this place of mental and physical total relaxation.

Imagine that just like in the springtime when you open all the windows of your home and let the fresh air blow through and clear out any old dust and energy that you're ready to clear – you're opening the windows of your mind right now and there's this fresh,

Crisp,

Cool breeze flowing in and out of every window in your mind,

Gently catching and releasing any old patterns and beliefs that you're more than ready to release.

Let yourself feel that refreshing emotion of this fresh air flowing through,

Bringing in fresh energy,

Re-energizing you and grabbing with it and releasing anything you no longer want to hold on to.

Just stay with that image.

The windows of your mind are wide open.

The refreshing breeze,

The energy blowing through is refreshing and cleansing every thought in your mind and every cell of your body.

As this breeze blows through,

It leaves behind nothing but pure,

Healthy cells,

Healthy thoughts and healthy patterns.

It just feels so refreshing to have this mental break,

To become so willing to let go of anything you've been holding onto that you're willing to release.

Let the fresh air do all the work,

Just feeling relaxed and refreshed,

Releasing anything you need to release and leaving behind fresh,

Renewed energy.

Mental Break Meditation was splendid. During this meditation, the teacher talks about springtime and releasing old thoughts, and everything you need to let go of. It brought me peace, and also, I could not stop in the Spring Time there are baby chicks. on my mind during this meditation was the thought of baby chicks. This is a splendid meditation. To teach you to just let go, and be a calm, loving, season. When you think about Springtime. You think about opening your windows, and all the baby animals being born. Baby calves. My favorite. Spring flowers, and, having a vase of Sunflowers. Or daisies. Also, going to a field to pick wildflowers and bringing them back home. Having flowers on your table, that you get to enjoy in the mornings while eating breakfast. Also, it makes me picture a scene, Like Little House on the Prairie, and just a simple log cabin. Inside this log cabin, and table made of wood and a vase of spring flowers in the center. Thank you for being a teacher. A mentor through meditation.
