Let your body sit comfortably and take a deep breath in when you're ready.
Let yourself breathe in and out normally and naturally,
Letting your breath nourish,
Balance and refresh your body.
Not just feeling your breath in your chest and belly,
But knowing that your breath is balancing each cell of your body,
Bringing energy and nourishment as it flows through you.
You know that your body is a well-being machine.
You know that the source your body comes from is meant to thrive.
The biggest part of you knows that well-being and health,
Radiant health,
Is your most natural state.
Just open your mind to the highest seed of wisdom and your body's inherent intelligence.
Just listen and see what's there.
Are there inspired ideas of different foods or different exercises?
Anything at all about your well-being that your body might be communicating to you right now?
Invite your body to let you know,
Even if it's just moment by moment,
What would be the best activity or food or person to be with to contribute to your ultimate well-being?
Let yourself trust that your body will communicate to you in a way that's normal and natural and that you're able to hear.
As you take one last deep breath in,
Gently open your eyes,
Coming back to the room and bringing with you the knowledge you can always trust the access you have to your healthy body's highest wisdom.
