Chakras, or energy wheels, connect to specific areas of the physical body, energy body, and emotional body. By paying attention to each one we can help shed light on areas that may be out of balance - such as related relationships, thoughts or beliefs. Our Third Eye Chakra correlates physically to our third eye, and spiritually to our place of insight, intuition and wisdom.
