Hello and welcome to this,
Your meditation for clearing negative energy.
My name is D.
L.
And I'll be guiding you.
Please be comfortably seated,
Sitting tall and light,
Feet flat on the floor.
Rest your hands in your lap and give yourself permission to be still for these few minutes.
There are many kinds of negative energy that can come from both external and internal sources.
We might argue with someone,
Have self-sabotaging thoughts,
Receive unexpected news,
Or simply feel as though we're under a cloud of misfortune.
It's important to take a moment to acknowledge and release these energies from our systems,
And luckily it's easy to do.
We'll take a three-step approach.
Step 1.
Releasing.
Let's take three sniffs in through the nose as we gently lift the shoulders up towards the ears with each sniff.
We'll hold the breath and squeeze the shoulders,
Then exhale forcefully through the mouth as we release the shoulders.
Use the inhale to gather tension from the body and the exhale to let it all go.
Let's begin.
Three sniffs in.
Raising the shoulders to the ears and squeeze.
Hold the breath.
Gather the tension and release through the mouth.
Let's repeat.
Breathing in three sniffs,
Squeeze and hold.
Gather the negativity and release the shoulders and the breath.
Let's repeat that once more.
Breathing in three sniffs.
Hold and squeeze,
Collect the energy you want to release.
And release everything with the exhale.
Excellent.
Feel free here to move your neck and shoulders if you wish.
Step 2.
Clearing.
Let's swipe our energy field clean and clear.
Bring the palms of your hands one at a time straight across your forehead,
Shaking each hand out after each pass.
Use the inhale as you draw the hand over the forehead and the exhale as you shake out the hands.
You left to right hand,
One at a time,
Drawing all negative energies from the forehead.
Now take both hands over the top of the head to the back of the neck,
Around the shoulders,
Back to the front of the body,
And then shake the hands out.
Use the inhale as you round the top of the head through the hair to the back of the neck,
And then the exhale as you bring the hands back around the shoulders to the front and shake them out.
Step 3.
Increasing the light.
Now,
In your mind's eye,
Connect with the wisdom light of the sun.
Allow a ray of the sun to connect directly to your very heart.
No need to try,
Just intend and allow.
Feel a channel of light from the sun to your heart,
Pouring in warmth and light.
Now imagine the body becoming porous and emitting light.
Imagine the expanding light of your heart fed by the light and warmth of the sun radiating out each of your pores,
Open and luminous.
Open and luminous.
Focus your thoughts on increasing that light within until it radiates outward all around you in every direction.
Brighter and brighter.
Dissolving and voiding any negativity in its path.
Dissolving and voiding.
Turning away all negativity.
You may now take a slow,
Deep breath.
Open your eyes gently and acknowledge any changes to your state of mind and being.
Feel clean,
Pristine,
Elevated,
And ready to take on any challenge with the brilliance of your being.
