Practice this meditation to achieve your intentions with ease and feel lighter and have more creative energy in your life.

Guided forgiveness practice The guided practice that follows was taught to us by Dr.

Naram in India.

It aims at clearing whatever pain,

Hurt,

Trauma is stored in your subconscious mind through a process of bringing up the unresolved emotions and clearing them and forgiving them.

It's an active practice.

This practice involves touching a pressure point on your body so that you can activate the subconscious and bring it to the surface.

So let's begin.

You can either sit or lay down.

Relaxing your body,

Relaxing your mind.

Focusing on being really comfortable.

Relaxing your body,

Relaxing your mind.

Relaxing your body,

Relaxing your mind.

Now bring your arms in front of you,

Extending your arms in front of you with your palms facing towards you.

Now bring the left palm and perpendicular to the right palm,

Bring it right underneath the right palm.

With the four fingers,

Not including the thumb,

Resting right underneath the right palm on your forearm.

Now fold your hand towards your forearm,

Towards your elbow,

With your fingers now of your left hand facing down onto your right arm.

And count from your little finger to the middle finger.

Now where your middle finger falls on your arm,

Follow until you get to the middle of your arm and this is the point that you'll be pressing with your left thumb.

So move the middle finger out of the way and replace it with your left thumb,

Which you'll be pressing there.

So you'll be pressing that point.

So this point is seven fingers down from the base of your right hand into the middle of the arm.

You'll feel it in between ligaments in your arm.

This is the point you'll be pressing.

So begin to close your eyes and relax.

And become aware of that point.

And begin to press it,

Gently.

And as you press it gently and also with some force,

With some determination,

You can either press it and keep it pressed down or you can press it down and then release.

Press it down and then release.

And keep going like that,

Pressing down and releasing,

Or simply just pressing and keeping your awareness there in that point.

Now as you keep this pressure,

Or you press and release,

Press and release,

As you continue with this process of activating this acupressure point,

Begin to visualize in front of your left eye a screen.

Visualize a white screen in front of your left eye.

Now in this white screen,

White frame,

Begin to visualize all of the people,

All of the situations,

All of the times where you have experienced pain,

Where you have felt hurt.

All of the times where you have experienced pain,

Where you have felt hurt.

Continue visualizing the situations,

The people,

The experiences,

All of the things that were difficult for you,

Challenging,

Painful,

Hurtful,

That you want to forgive.

And as you do,

Feel,

See,

Imagine that the white frame is expanding.

It's getting bigger and bigger.

Maybe feeling the whole room that you're in.

And even bigger,

Continue to expand this white frame with all of the people,

Situations,

Experiences,

Times where you have felt pain,

You have been hurt,

With the intention of forgiving all of these people,

All of these situations,

Experiences,

Times that have been painful.

As the white frame continues to expand,

And you continue to press on the seventh point on your arm,

As the white frame continues to expand,

You continue to generate more and more of these memories that you want to forgive.

And you continue to press the acupressure point on your right arm,

Begin to repeat,

I forgive you.

And as you repeat,

I forgive you,

You are forgiving the people,

The situations,

The experiences,

The times that have in the past brought you pain and that have been stored in your subconscious.

Continue to visualize them in the white frame.

Continue to press on the point on your right arm,

And continue repeating,

I forgive you.

I forgive you.

Now as you continue with the visualization of the white frame,

With the pressing of the acupressure point on your right arm,

Repeat the statement,

I am forgiving you.

I am forgiving you.

I am forgiving you,

Forgiving the situation,

The person,

The time,

The experience that has been stored in your subconscious mind.

I am forgiving you.

I am forgiving you.

Now you may become aware that the white frame is becoming smaller and smaller,

With less and less experiences,

Less and less times,

Situations,

And people in it,

As you forgive them.

You feel emotional release,

You feel more peace,

More calm.

And as you continue to visualize the white frame,

As you see it shrinking and shrinking,

Continue to press on your right arm,

On the acupressure point on your right forearm,

And now begin to repeat the statement,

I have forgiven you.

I have forgiven you.

I have forgiven you.

Feel the pain clearing.

Feel yourself becoming lighter,

Brighter,

More relaxed,

More at peace.

More and more people,

Situations,

Experiences,

Times,

Are disappearing from the white frame as it continues to shrink,

As you continue to forgive,

As you continue to let go,

Until nothing remains.

And all that is left is a small white frame,

Empty,

In front of your left eye.

Feel yourself becoming lighter,

Brighter,

More at peace.

Now once you're there,

Place your right hand over your beautiful heart at the center of your chest,

Gently resting your hand there,

Feeling your heart,

Connecting to your heart.

Breathing into the space of your heart,

Resting your consciousness there,

Relaxing,

Connecting.

Feeling love for yourself and for all of the people,

Experiences,

Situations,

And things that have been in your life,

That have brought you the opportunity to heal,

To grow,

To transform,

To evolve.

Now as your hand rests on your beautiful heart,

Connect to a being of light,

A being of blue light emanating at the center of your heart.

And as you connect to this beautiful being of blue light,

It begins to emanate from your heart,

And you become aware of blue light in front of your right eye.

The beautiful being of blue light has moved into a blue frame that is now in front of your right eye.

Imagine,

Feel,

Or see this blue frame with this beautiful being expanding,

Expanding to the size of the room that you're in,

Or to the space that you're in,

Expanding all around you more and more,

Feeling all of space,

Feeling your entire universe.

And as you gently smile and feel grateful for this blue light,

For this being of blue light that is lighting your entire universe with the light of love,

Of kindness,

Of protection,

You continue to smile,

Feeling safe,

Feeling loved,

Feeling so good right now.

This blue light is permeating every cell of your being,

Your aura,

Your entire universe,

Keeping you safe,

Protected,

And in positive,

Good energy.

Now in this positive energy,

In this positive light,

Having let go of all the hurt,

All the pain,

All the memories that no longer serve you,

Begin to focus on something that is meaningful to you,

Something that you want to achieve in your life,

An intention,

A goal that you have,

Something that you know will bring you a sense of deep fulfillment,

True joy,

True happiness.

And imagine yourself,

Feel yourself,

Or see yourself a month,

Two months,

Six months,

Or a year from now,

Having achieved this intention,

Living out this intention in your life,

One with it,

Experiencing the joy,

The satisfaction of having achieved it,

And feeling so grateful for the experience.

And as you smile,

As you connect to it,

As you are in it,

As you see yourself having achieved it,

And are experiencing it,

Feel it completely in your heart.

Become one with it,

Be it,

Merging with the future you that is having this experience right now.

And to anchor this experience into your heart,

To anchor the gratitude,

The fulfillment,

The joy,

The love.

Gently tap your heart three times with your right hand,

Very gently anchoring this moment,

This experience into the present moment.

As you anchor this energy into your heart,

As you feel it in the present moment,

As you connect to it.

Know that you can come back to this energy,

To this state of being,

Anytime you choose.

And that every time that you do,

You're anchoring it deeper and deeper,

Going deeper and deeper into the experience.

Creating a footprint that leads the way to your intention,

To what you wish to create,

Because you are a divine creator.

Receive this moment,

Receive this gift,

Anchor it deeper and deeper into your being.

Feel it move through your body,

Coming back to your body,

Filling your entire body with this positive energy.

Coming back to the space that you're in,

Feeling all of the wonderful positive energy all around you.

And when you're ready with clarity of mind,

Focus intentionality and an open heart,

Gently open your eyes.

A bit complicated with the acupressure point, which makes it too easy to think I'm not doing it right and that it won't work. Also got a bit distracted trying to remember where I've encountered the white frame in front of the left eye and wondering how it "works". But maybe the process was effective because I'm wondering now why I think there's something wrong with me and I've been working so hard to fix myself up. Namaste šŸ™

Thank you, this was very interesting and different. I wasn't sure I had found the right point so had to start again, and then kept pressure on the point for the whole time, I wasn't sure when to release it. I found when I put my hand on my heart, I had to release it so I did it then. I did feel a sense of release and relief so it definitely worked! Thank you. Love and blessings to you both šŸ’œ x

I loved this but had the same problem understanding where the pressure point is. I looked back at the picture on the title page in case you had used that to illustrate where we should press. I shall return to this definitely but meanwhile try& find the appropriate point. Thank you
