This guided meditation, Good as you are always, is designed to help you learn to appreciate yourself fully as you are.

Meditation for feeling good as you are,
As you truly are,
Always.
From our workshop on transcending redemption strategies.
So let's begin.
If you'll take a moment to find a comfortable place where you can either sit or lie down.
And let yourself relax.
Relaxing your body from the top of your head all the way down to your toes.
Choosing to relax.
Choosing to open.
And let go of any tension in your body.
Letting any thoughts,
Any energy,
Any emotion that's bringing up tension in your body.
Simply come to the surface and release.
Feeling your body becoming more and more relaxed.
More and more at peace.
Simply by choice.
Feeling your body expanding in space.
And feeling any remaining tension in your body.
Clear and release as you continue to open and expand into the space within you and all around you.
And as you allow yourself to expand.
Allow your awareness to expand.
So that you can become aware of any conscious and subconscious parts of you.
Past,
Present and future.
And all parts of your life from career to relationship to help.
And allow yourself to become aware of a few major patterns,
Key patterns that tend to come up over and over in your life.
Patterns of limitation.
Patterns you would like to let go of.
Maybe blockages or thoughts or feelings or experiences.
That keep coming up that you want to clear.
And allow yourself to become aware of any feelings of somehow not being good enough.
In these patterns.
Any feelings of lack.
That you are lacking anything or in any way.
Any feelings of guilt or shame.
Any feelings of having been wrong or bad or not perfect or good enough.
Any misperceptions in you about lacking anything.
And as you observe these patterns.
The judgments that you hold on these patterns.
The feelings that you have in regards to these patterns.
Let yourself continue to remain relaxed,
Open,
Expanded.
Aware that you are aware of the patterns,
The judgments,
Feelings,
Sensations.
And choosing to realize that none of the judgments,
None of the ways that you feel towards these patterns are the truth.
Realizing that these patterns are just patterns.
Programs.
They're not wrong or bad or something to feel ashamed of.
They're simply patterns.
And as you observe them without judgment,
As you see them functioning however they do.
You become aware that these patterns have in the past served you.
And that now you realize that they no longer do.
And so it's okay without judgment,
Without punishment,
To simply choose to let them go.
Lying for consciousness to shine through the patterns,
Through the judgments.
And any pain associated with the patterns or the judgments.
So that you can experience the truth of what they are.
And choose out of your own free will to let them go.
Knowing that you are always doing your very best.
That you are always good.
And that none of these patterns define you.
And so giving yourself permission to let go of any judgment of the patterns.
And to let go of the patterns themselves.
You can ask yourself,
Could I let this go?
And feel what you feel.
See if you can in this moment in time let go of the pattern or of the judgment.
To find that you could.
Ask yourself the question,
Would I let this go?
Lying yourself to feel.
If you would in this moment in time let go of the judgment or of the pattern itself.
And feeling yourself surrendering.
Letting go of the judgment or the pattern.
You can ask yourself the question,
When?
And see if you can in that moment let it all go.
The judgment,
The feelings,
The patterns,
The sensations.
And as you do in this present moment in time,
As you let go,
Let yourself feel the release,
The space,
The freedom.
Experiencing yourself in this space of no judgment.
Simply aware that you are aware.
Conscious.
Open.
Free.
Open this space allowing yourself to get in touch with the goodness inside of you.
That everyone has inside of them.
Recognizing your goodness.
And everyone's goodness.
Recognizing the innocent light that shines in you and every being.
Recognizing the good intentions in this light that shines in you and in every being.
Feeling how this light is pure and needs no redemption.
Getting a sense of the purity in you and in all beings.
This purity that cannot be stained.
Getting a taste for this quality of unsustainable purity.
Regardless of our actions.
Regardless of our ignorance and supposed mistakes.
This incredible light of goodness that makes us all equal.
All equally good.
Well intentioned.
Pure.
And beautiful.
And recognizing the true everlasting nature of this light within you.
And that it has always been there shining in you.
In the past,
Present and future.
Even when you did what you thought were wrong or bad things.
Even when you felt guilty and ashamed.
This beautiful light.
Who you really are.
Still in you shining brightly.
Allowing yourself to deeply reconnect with this light.
And feeling it glow brighter as you give it your attention.
And feeling your goodness connect to the goodness in others.
And feeling the goodness in the world grow brighter and expand.
And feeling a goodness radiating from earth out into space as you do this.
As you reconnect with your inherent goodness.
Into the goodness of all beings.
And even the goodness of the earth.
And the sun.
And the moon.
And the trees.
And the walls.
And the ceiling.
And the chairs.
And the oxygen and everything around you.
Realizing that everything is as it should be.
Realizing your opportunity to live in this goodness.
And serve this goodness.
Relatively,
Inspiredly,
Freely.
Not the shame or guilt or pain or regret of the past.
Allowing the light in you,
The goodness in you to burn all that away.
Allowing you to always see your goodness.
And the goodness in all beings and things.
Accepting that as the fundamental truth.
And as you feel the energy of goodness.
Within you.
And all around you.
Washing away with the energy of goodness.
With the purity of this energy.
Any misunderstandings,
Any misapprehensions,
Any prior recordings of not having been good.
As you feel this goodness,
As you tune into it.
As you realize that it is the quality and ease in all things.
All beings.
All objects.
Let yourself embody this goodness more and more deeply.
Bringing your awareness in the space of your heart.
And feeling this light.
Feeling this goodness.
Within this space.
As you breathe it in.
As you feel it.
As you embody it.
Feel it.
Continuously radiating from your heart into the field.
As you tune into it and resonate with it more and more.
Begin to repeat mentally to yourself.
I am good as I am.
Always.
And feel that.
Feel the energy of those words.
Experience the truth of those words.
Within your own being.
I am good as I am.
Always.
See the truth of it.
Be it.
Choose to be it in this moment.
And in every moment.
Regardless of what seems to be happening in the world.
Regardless of the momentum of what you've imagined in the past.
Let yourself be in those words.
In the energy of those words completely.
I am good as I am.
Always.
And as you let yourself have this experience.
Let the energy of goodness and the experience of goodness as it is.
Flow into every area of your life,
Into every dimension of your life.
Into every relationship.
Into every being.
And feel the whole planet as one.
And all beings on the planet,
All sentient beings.
Echoing this same truth.
This deeper truth.
I am good as I am.
Always.
Recognizing your freedom in this state.
Freedom from having to prove yourself.
Freedom from having to appear to be somebody.
Freedom from having to chase and make wrongs right.
The freedom to be as you are.
To explore your goodness.
To give your goodness.
And feeling the peace that comes from this.
The silence.
No more mental chatter about good or bad.
A sense of acceptance that all is as it should be.
And space to focus on what you truly want in your heart and soul.
And truly deserve.
Because of your goodness.
As all beings are.
And as all beings do.
Allowing yourself to continue this meditation.
Continue this recognition internally of your inherent goodness.
That there's nothing to carry.
As you gently open your eyes.
And looking around gently with this goodness still in your heart.
Being present with it.
Knowing it.
Understanding it.
Allowing yourself to look around.
This world where you see the goodness in yourself and in all beings.
Even as they evolve.
And go through their patterns.
Even as you evolve.
And learn through your pattern.
Allowing yourself to feel your body.
To wiggle your fingers and toes and still connect it to this goodness as you are.
This state of freedom from needing to prove yourself in any way.
Feeling centered.
In a peace just as you are.
Loving this light within you.
Loving who you really are and have always been.
And as you experience this goodness within you and all around you.
As you see this goodness flowing freely.
From your heart and all hearts.
As you become more and more familiar with it.
More and more attuned with it.
Become aware of the flow of giving and receiving that takes place.
In this state of goodness.
Of wholeness.
And let the giving and the receiving happen naturally.
As it does when you are open.
And aware of the intrinsic nature of goodness in all things.
And let the giving and the receiving happen naturally.
And so give of yourself.
And receive of yourself.
As one.
As completely good.
And when you're ready.
Come back.
Into this new world.
With these new.
Understandings and intentions and feelings.
And let the giving and the receiving happen naturally.
