Clearing past painful memories This meditation is inspired by the teachings of karmic healer John Jones and the practice of hypnosis and other healing methodologies.
By using this practice you can clear,
Heal and release parts of self,
Memories from the past and recordings of relationship,
Interactions and dynamics that have been painful to you.
So that you can experience yourself in the present moment,
Integrated in a state of wholesomeness and love.
Find a comfortable place where you can either sit or lay down.
Once you're comfortable,
Let your eyes gently close and relax.
Feel a wave of relaxation flowing from the top of your head down to the tips of your toes.
Relaxing,
Expanding,
Opening every space in your body.
As you let yourself sink deeper and deeper into relaxation,
Through your intention,
Through your awareness,
You find yourself more and more at peace,
More and more quiet,
Still.
And in this stillness you feel your body in space,
Becoming aware of the space around your body.
In space.
Now in this state of relaxation,
Expansion and openness,
Imagine or feel that there's a white ball in front of your closed eyes.
Now on this white board you can project all of the painful memories,
Relationship dynamics,
Self-image,
Parts of self,
Anything that has brought you pain or that is still bringing you pain right now.
And you can project all of those situations and dimensions of experiences onto the white board as images.
Now imagine,
See or feel that the white board is filling up with those images,
Allowing yourself to feel what you feel about those images that you're projecting onto the white board.
Now turn the white board upside down,
Noticing,
Remaining aware of what you feel as you turn it upside down.
Now once all of the images are upside down,
Feeling what you're feeling,
Turn the board so that it is now facing away from you,
Where you no longer can see the images.
You are now once again looking or feeling,
Sensing a white board in front of your closed eyes.
Let yourself feel what you feel.
Now imagine that all these images that are upside down and facing away from you are being shredded into a big shredder,
Into tiny,
Tiny little pieces,
Pieces so small that you can't even see what was on the image before.
And let yourself feel what you feel as all of these images get shredded in tiny,
Tiny little pieces.
Now imagine that you can pick up the shredder and bring its content onto a big truck.
And as you place the content of the shredder,
All of these old memories and images,
Onto the big truck,
You feel something lifting in you.
You feel lighter,
More open,
More relaxed.
Now close the doors to the truck and lock the doors with a lock and throw this lock away,
Somewhere where you can never find it,
Where you can never again open the truck.
And look into the shredder.
Now watch the truck as it drives away from you,
With all of its content locked away.
And as it drives away,
It drives into the light,
The light of pure consciousness,
Where all of these fragments of memories,
All of these recordings,
All of these interpretations,
All of the hurt,
All of the pain,
All of the emotions associated with them,
Is healed by the light of the pure consciousness.
And see the truck vanishing in this light,
Disappearing in this light,
With all of the memories,
With all of the pain,
All of the hurt,
All of the interpretations and recordings.
And let yourself feel how you feel.
As you watch the truck disappear,
All of the fragments of memories and emotions disappear with it.
Become aware that you're aware that all of these fragments of memories and emotions are now gone,
Cleared,
Healed,
Released,
Back into the field of pure consciousness.
Notice how you feel and where you feel it.
Notice how much more relaxed you are,
How much more open you are,
How much more aware and conscious you are,
Without all of these recordings and misinterpretations.
Notice how much more present you are,
How much more grounded you are in your body and how good it feels to be in your body,
In this new body that is free from the pain of the past and from the memories and recordings of the past,
A body that is filled with energy,
With life,
With life force.
Feeling this new state of awareness,
Of consciousness,
Feeling grounded,
Feeling good in your new body.
Slowly begin to deepen your breath,
Feeling the breath moving through each and every cell of your body,
Expanding your body,
Opening your body even more.
Relaxing,
Feeling alive and alert,
Feeling light,
Feeling free.
When you are ready,
You can gently open your eyes.
