Good morning,
I'm Denzil and let's begin your day on a positive note and fill your day with those little notes of positivity that flow out from your heart into the world around you to create for yourself the energy of the positive.
Let's begin by taking a few deep breaths in just to get acquainted with this moment.
Where am I?
I am here.
Nice deep breath in and a slow gentle easy exhale just letting the breath go.

Centering yourself in this moment.
And let's take another breath,
A nice deep inhale.
What time is it?
It is now.
The time is now and you are here present in this moment.
A deep breath in.
Just acknowledge whatever thoughts come to you but don't react or don't act just allow and allow them to fade away as you focus into this moment.
Nice deep breath in right to the top of your shoulders and slowly and gently you let it go,
Let it go,
Let it go,
Let it go.
Now I want you to bring your attention to the middle of your heart.
I want you to hold your hand to your heart right now and in the center of your heart imagine a small warm light glowing there and that light that is within your heart it radiates warm comfort,
Ease,
Peace in this moment.
Breathe it in and know that this is your life force.
And with every breath that you breathe in,
You breathe in strength,
You breathe in prana,
You breathe in the fuel that energizes this beautiful life force within you.
Take a nice deep breath in.
I breathe in life to myself.
I breathe in life positive to myself.
And with every breath that you take that glow becomes warmer and warmer and more golden and now it's shining through you.
As you continue to breathe,
Allow this beautiful light that is in your heart to grow and to expand outward from your heart through your chest,
Into your arms,
Down into your hands,
To the tips of your hands and flowing downward into your body,
Into the area of your abdomen,
Into the area of your thighs,
Down right down to the tips of your toes.
You are energized with that beautiful golden glow.
Feel it in your body right now.
Every single cell is glowing.
Who is the light?
You are the light.
You are the light of that positivity,
That happiness.
You're growing that light with every breath you take.
And now you glow from the tips of your toes to the top of your head.
Every single cell a light with positivity,
A light with happiness,
Radiant.
Can you feel yourself in this moment?
You've brought joy to yourself.
No matter what's happening around you,
You are in a state of joy.
And allow that beautiful energy,
That beautiful light that is within you to shine brightly out into your aura in this moment.
You're creating this nice protective aura of positivity around you,
A cocoon of peace,
Of happiness,
Of ease in this moment.
I am the light.
And I spread this light into every moment of my day to fill my day with joy and positivity and happiness.
I am the light.
Now visualize your light spreading out to every space that you're going to travel to today.
Visualize this beautiful light spreading out to every single space that you will be in today.
Maybe your home,
Maybe the dining table,
Maybe the office,
Maybe the park,
Maybe school,
Wherever you're going to,
You're carrying this light with you.
Who is the light?
You are the light.
The light of positivity,
The light of joy,
The light of ease,
The light of grace,
The light of gratitude.
I am the light.
Say that for yourself right now with me.

Breathe in nice and deep now.
Just knowing that through this day you are the light.
And I'm thankful that I'm able to raise my energies to the light.
