For the past 14 years, he has spent most of his time living in retreat settings, supporting retreats and occasionally guiding meditation sessions. He currently offers quiet one-to-one online meditation sessions. The sessions are simple and grounded, focused on calming the mind and mindful presence. The emphasis is on simplicity, continuity of practice, and gentle support. His practice is rooted in the Theravāda tradition (Wat Suan Mokkh / Dipabhavan, Thailand). The sessions are offered on a donation basis.
