Whether you're sitting or lying down,

Just allow your body to settle.

Just move around a little bit and just make sure you're nice and comfortable.

And if at any time throughout the meditation you want to move,

That is fine as well.

Always be comfortable.

And when you feel ready,

Just gently close your eyes.

And just know in the closing of your eyes,

You're gently letting go of the outside world and beginning to move into your inner world.

Into the beauty of your authenticity,

Your love,

Your imagination,

Your desires.

And just to help calm our nervous systems,

We're just going to take two quick breaths in,

One breath out.

So we just take two in and then exhale.

Two quick breaths in through the nose.

And then breathe out through the mouth.

And we're going to do this three more times just to help calm our nervous system.

Take two quick breaths in through your nose.

And breathe out through your mouth.

And again.

And one last one.

And breathe out through your mouth.

And now just let your breath just move into its own gentle natural rhythm.

Just moving in and out.

Just being here in this space.

There's nowhere else to be,

But right now,

There's nothing else that you need to do.

This is a very special time for you.

To remember you.

Let yourself become aware of your body.

The shape that it makes.

The space that it takes.

The breath that's moving in and out without you having to do anything.

Just simply being.

And if any thoughts begin flowing through your mind and you begin to follow those thoughts,

That story,

Just simply bring your focus back to this moment.

And you can do the two breaths in and one breath out to bring your focus back to your heart.

To this space.

To this place.

To this moment.

And this moment.

And this moment.

With each breath,

You're softening.

Feeling your shoulders drop down.

And your jaw relaxing.

You're coming home to you.

Coming home to the part of you that's always known.

That you are not separate.

You are not alone.

And that you are part of something much greater.

And just do a quick scan over your body.

And anywhere you may be feeling any tension or tightness or soreness.

Just gently release it.

Just breathe into it.

And just feel yourself soften even more.

Relaxing.

Calming.

And if it helps,

You can see all of that tension and tightness just melting away into the ground.

Into the earth.

Where Mother Earth will take it and transform it into love.

Into neutrality.

You are safe.

You are soft.

You are relaxed.

And you are love.

And now gently,

Just gently bring your awareness,

Your focus,

To the centre of your chest.

To your energetic heart.

That place in the middle of your chest.

And imagine a light there.

Soft.

Subtle.

Steady.

A point of light that is growing and expanding.

It's not shining outward just yet,

It's simply being.

This light is your soul signature,

The frequency of you.

And you can feel it pulsing.

Pulsing in time with the rhythm of the universe.

With the heartbeat of Mother Earth.

With the pulsing of the sun.

This light is your soul signature,

The frequency of you.

And it's ancient.

It's existed before time.

It's your soul's tone in the grand organising design.

Breathe into this light,

Feel its warmth as knowing,

As a stillness.

Allow a sense of relief to just flow over you.

As the qualities of your soul begin to flow through you.

Love.

Knowingness.

And bliss.

And now allow this light to expand.

Just gently breathe into it.

Imagine you're breathing into your heart.

And this light,

The light of you,

Begins to grow larger and larger.

Let it move through your chest,

Into your shoulders.

Down your arms and into your hands.

It's like a liquid light flowing through you.

Let it travel down your spine.

Through your belly and your hips.

Your legs.

Your feet.

And then let it rise.

Feeling it rise up through your throat.

Your face.

Your mind.

All the way to the top of your head.

You are filled with light.

You are remembering.

And now with your inner awareness,

Sense that you are not the only one holding this light.

In the space between space,

You begin to see our whole circle today.

Our whole group that is meditating together.

We are all floating in the space.

The space between space.

And you sense that you are not the only one holding this light.

All around you.

Everyone in the circle is glowing too.

And you can expand this circle.

And bring people in that you know.

People that may have passed.

And maybe your guides,

Angels,

Light beings,

Loved ones,

Interdimensional beings,

Extraterrestrial beings.

Whoever is a part of your soul family.

They are here too.

All glowing.

All being light.

You are surrounded by light points.

These beautiful beings that are glowing.

Each one unique.

Each one essential.

Each one a mirror of the source.

Each one a note,

A beautiful music note in the grand symphony of life.

Music of the spheres.

Each one sacred geometry.

Each one a colour.

Or different colours.

And just know that you don't have to try to connect because you are already connected.

All you need to do is just be here and feel.

Allow yourself to feel the web of light that you are a part of.

It's like a sacred tapestry woven across time and space.

Whether you sense colours,

Vibrations or just simply a gentle peace.

A gentle calmness.

There is nothing you must become.

Only more of you.

Of who you are already.

This is unity.

This is oneness.

Not sameness.

But resonance.

You are not a drop in the ocean.

You are the ocean.

Remembering itself as a drop.

And in this field there is space for everyone.

The light,

The shadow,

The growth and the grace.

And just now gently place a hand on your heart and say softly within or aloud I am a mirror of the divine.

I am a note in the grand design.

I am one and I am whole.

Breathe it in.

Let it ripple throughout your field.

Let it anchor into your body.

And now just take another look around you and see all of these beautiful light beings around you.

All of us today.

And all of those that we have chosen to call in.

Our soul families over soul.

Our loved ones.

Everyone is glowing.

And just now look down at yourself and you can see that you are glowing.

You are light.

You are color.

You are sacred geometry.

You are vibrating.

You are you.

And gently ever so gently begin to now move from that space between space.

We give great thanks to all that have been here in this space with us.

As you begin to draw your light closer to your body.

To your physical body.

Drawing it inward until you can feel that spark of light within your heart pulsing.

And you begin to feel into your physical body.

Take a deep breath in as the breath of life animates your soul into your physical body.

And gently gently begin to come back more and more into the physical realm.

Into your physical body.

And know that as you do you will be surrounded by a beautiful light.

Whatever color you feel or see today,

This is the light of you.

It's acting as a buffer.

As you shift and change.

As you expand and become more resilient.

And your nervous system becomes more use.

Becomes more resilient.

To your everyday life.

Take a deep breath in.

Wiggle your toes and your fingers.

Begin to move around.

Feel the edges of your body.

And know that even as this meditation ends the resonance will stay with you.

You have expanded more into you.

And you will carry it in your choices your presence and your voice.

Take one last deep breath in.

Hold it.

Breathe out.

And when you're ready just gently,

Gently open your eyes.
