I loved this course! I learned new practices that will be valuable to me. The final day, with rewriting a past experience was empowering. However the trauma from that day runs deep enough that I will need to revisit the same memory again, and maybe again. As of today I do feel that a weight has lifted. Thank you for this practice! I had never heard of this and it definitely is powerful. I highly recommend this brief, but so very worthwhile course. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

I really enjoyed the visualisation and the idea of raising our authentic vibration in the world.. I chose the colour orange.. I’m currently creating my website for my yoga business… and every day the seemingly impossible is happening for me.. I feel like I’m a lotus flower opening gently and more and more is possible with every breath.. every day I’m realising my true potential… sharing my incredible gifts with this beautiful world.
