I was looking for something to listen to in the evening and this message has been very helpful. I feel I can do it anytime of day.

I enjoyed this message and am grateful to have discovered this track this morning. Something I will listen to again when I need a reminder of my value and my worth and love the bird sounds in the background . And I especially love the drawing of the heart in the sand . When you ask about what flower I was thinking of when I was in Meditation, I thought of my mother-in-law’s rosebush that’s in our backyard leaning against the back of our home. Bloom such beautiful colors and it has bloomed again

Wow! What a powerful experience! I especially loved the beautiful bird sounds in the background as they helped me ground the experience in the natural world and feel more grounded. Thank you! 🪶🪹🌺

This one was different because it carried meaningful directions for the day, not just during the meditation. Well done.
