Welcome to this meditation.

Thank you for joining me.

I want you to close your eyes or focus somewhere in the room.

Allow yourself to just be.

Feel yourself being enough.

Bring to mind a flower,

Any flower.

Is it a budding flower?

A flower that has bloomed?

What color is the flower?

What foliage is around the flower?

Study the flower.

The flower is enough as you observe it.

Breathe in the flower.

Breathe out,

I am enough too.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe into your stomach a very deep breath.

Breathe out.

Is the flower inside of a bush?

Is the flower a part of foliage that surrounds a tree?

Is the flower inside of a vase?

Consider where the root of this flower is.

Is it in the ground?

Is it in water?

Can you see its root system?

From where does it find its nourishment?

Imagine you are the flower.

Imagine roots falling from beneath your feet into the ground or into water.

Breathe in that nourishment.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in nourishment.

Breathe out.

I am alive.

Breathe in nourishment.

Breathe out.

I am alive.

Place your hand on your heart.

Thank your heart for beating for you.

Give gratitude to the heart.

You are enough.

You are alive.

We need your heart to be in everything you do.

Thank you for being.

Go forth.

Go forth into the rest of your experience knowing that you matter.

That there is only one you.

And we give thanks.

Wow! What a powerful experience! I especially loved the beautiful bird sounds in the background as they helped me ground the experience in the natural world and feel more grounded. Thank you! 🪶🪹🌺
