Hello and welcome to today's guided meditation.
Thank you for choosing yourself today and taking the time to practice and bring yourself peace and fulfillment.
For this meditation,
You're invited to be comfortably seated or lying down,
Whatever body positioning is most comfortable for you today.
Once comfortable,
I invite you to begin breathing deeply in through the nose and releasing as you exhale out through the mouth.
Another big deep breath in through the nose and letting go as you exhale out through the mouth.
One more time,
Big deep breath in through the nose,
Even deeper than the other two and letting go of something as you exhale out through the mouth.
Continuing to breathe deeply.
As you let go of and breathe away your day,
Allowing any thoughts that come up to pass away and just simply giving yourself this time with the breath.
First time to be in your body and relax.
As you continue breathing,
Allowing yourself to drop your shoulders away from your ears,
To unclench your jaw and relax the muscles in your face.
Allowing a wave of relaxation to roll over your body,
Starting from the top going down.
Letting your arms completely fall limp and your hands to relax.
Relaxing the muscles in the back and the chest.
Relaxing your abdomen as you breathe naturally and fluidly.
Allowing this calm to travel down your legs as your thighs fall with gravity,
Your calves totally relaxed and your feet fall into relaxation as well.
Allowing another wave of relaxation to flow over your body as you fall deeper into peace,
Deeper into relaxation and deeper into the presence of your breath.
Setting an intention in our practice of something we'd like to achieve or experience in our life.
Setting our intention to something we're ready to call in.
Could be something physical or emotional or even spiritual.
Some kind of experience that we're ready to call in and have be a part of our present reality.
As you continue breathing deeply,
Asking yourself what would it look like to have this intention manifest?
What would life be like?
What would we physically see?
What kind of things might we expect to be around us?
Who else would be in this manifested reality?
And what would our relationship to them be?
How would we feel to see them?
What kind of colors would surround us or smells?
And what would be beneath our feet?
Picturing yourself in whatever space makes the most sense for your manifested reality.
What kind of feelings would be in your heart and your chest?
What would your emotions be like?
What kind of opportunities or people might you meet?
What does in your life?
Allowing this vision to become more and more real,
Grounding it into each of your senses and seeing it as though you're there right now.
What part of this reality do you feel most drawn to?
What aspect makes you feel most like yourself or most at home?
Seeing and interacting with this reality as though it's here right now and you're in it.
What else is in this reality?
What do you see to your left?
What would be in front of you?
And what else would be around you?
Noticing how your body feels in this space,
In this reality.
Allowing yourself to relax into the peace,
Ease or excitement that it brings you.
As you continue scanning the scene,
We recognize that this is more than imagination,
But a peek through the window into our future reality.
This is what is inevitably coming to us and we're ready to manifest it.
Recognizing the truth in these words as we continue to breathe deeply and connect with this future reality.
As we scan the space and become more and more involved in it,
We invite our future self into the scene who is living it out,
Who is really there,
Experiencing this.
Using this future self for any advice,
Any steps they took that could be of our advantage.
What kind of things would this future self tell us to do?
Asking them for tangible steps to bring us closer to this reality,
To bring us closer to this future self.
They may answer with words or feelings,
Images or even just intuitively.
Recognizing that this future self loves us and wants us to achieve this future reality and is here willing to support us in that journey.
How can we take even just one step closer to making this happen?
Taking note of anything that comes through,
Anything that we can do,
Say or act on to bring us more in alignment with what we're ready for and what we'd like to manifest.
And thanking our future self for allowing us to connect with this reality,
To see the beauty in it,
To experience the feelings,
The textures and everything else that's there.
Thanking our future self for showing us what is possible and what we're ready for.
Allowing love and gratitude to them.
Allowing the vision and these feelings to integrate themselves into the body with each breath.
Allowing our emotions to become part of our memory,
Our feelings to become part of our body.
As we breathe deeply and begin to drift back into the reality that we're in in the present.
Becoming aware of the temperature of the air around us.
Aware of the feelings in our body in this moment.
And recognizing that we've opened the doorway and created a bridge between the reality that we're in today and the one that we're moving towards.
Really becoming more aware of our body and our surroundings.
Reflecting on our experience and the way we felt during our visualization.
All parts of this were most intense and made you feel the deepest.
And is there a way to prioritize these things in your daily life now?
Continuing to reflect as we become more and more grounded into the body.
Inviting very light and gentle movement into the toes and fingers.
Feeling the breath as it expands our chest,
Expands our abdomen.
And noticing the way it feels as it leaves our body on the exhale.
As you begin to invite any movement that feels right into the body.
Asking yourself how you can become more aligned with this future reality.
And how can you begin to implement some of the insights or feelings that came through today.
Taking as much time as you need.
As you also give yourself a little bit of gratitude for showing up in your practice and giving yourself this moment of self love.
Take steps closer to who you're ready to become.
