
Energy Cleansing

Energy cleansing for the body, mind, and soul. This meditation uses white light healing energy on each of the chakras, going down through the body and removing any blockages. By removing these energetic blocks, you become more in alignment with your truth, body, and soul.
Transcript
Hello and welcome to today's meditation.
Thank you for showing up for yourself and giving yourself the time and love to do self-care today.
This meditation can be done sitting up,
Either on a cushion or with your back against the wall,
Or you also have the option to lay down flat,
Whichever is more comfortable and available to you today.
We'll begin by taking some big deep breaths.
In through the nose and releasing as you exhale out through the mouth.
Taking another big deep breath in through the nose and letting go of something as you exhale out through the mouth.
One more big deep breath in and maybe making a sound and releasing something as you let go exhaling through the mouth.
Continuing to breathe deeply at your own rhythm or pace.
Becoming in tune with the body.
As you continue to breathe,
Allow your shoulders to fall away from your ears.
Allowing the jaw to relax and unclench and all the muscles in the face to fall.
Releasing the neck and allowing a wave of relaxation to flow over your body.
Starting from your head going down to your feet.
Allowing the shoulders and chest to fall.
The back to completely relax.
Letting go of any tension in the arms or the hands.
Allowing the abdomen to release as you peacefully and naturally breathe.
Letting this relaxation travel down through your buttocks and into your thighs.
Allowing them to fully let go.
Traveling down your knees and your calves and eventually to your feet.
Allowing a wave of relaxation to flow through your body with each breath.
Breathing deeper and deeper into your presence.
Feeling how deeply you can relax and falling just a little bit more with each breath.
Maybe choosing to set an intention today for your practice.
If you feel so calm,
Something you're ready to heal or let go of.
As you continue breathing deeply and finding your relaxation.
This intention floating to mind.
You're also welcome to just experience this for what it is.
As you continue breathing deeply and letting go with the body.
We begin to imagine a white light entering into the crown of your head.
This white light is a healing light that brings peace,
Ease and relaxation into your body.
Starting at the top of your head and extends down.
Traveling through the brain.
Aligning all the way down your spine.
Through the neck.
The chest and heart.
The belly and abdomen.
All the way to your pelvis and base of the spine.
This penetrating healing white light extends to every part of your body and every energy center within your vessel.
Focusing our attention at the crown of the head.
We see this white light become a sphere.
Working on this area specifically.
Our seventh chakra being cleansed by this white healing energy.
Allowing any tension to be dissolved.
Erasing anything that no longer serves you.
As it works its loving magic on your seventh chakra.
Allowing this loving healing white light to travel down to your third eye located in the middle of your brow,
Your sixth chakra.
In the center of your head allowing this white light to radiate from your brain and beyond.
Using its healing energy to clear the mind.
To clear any tension in this head space area.
Using your breath to release any stagnant energy or anything else that you're ready to let go of.
Continuing to allow this white light to work its magic on your third eye or sixth chakra.
And as you continue to breathe this white light healing energy travels down to your throat and neck area.
Radiating from the center of your neck.
Dissolving and releasing any tension.
As you let go of stagnant energy on your exhale.
Releasing it back to the universe to be recycled as something else.
Feeling your neck relax as this white light works its magic.
And heals your throat chakra or fifth chakra area.
Releasing.
And as you continue visualizing this white healing light it travels down a little bit further into your sternum.
The area in the middle of your chest and your heart.
Allowing this white light to radiate from this space.
Healing you and allowing you to become more loving.
More kind.
And softer on yourself and others.
Feeling the power and healing energy of this white light as it cleanses and radiates your heart chakra.
Allowing yourself to breathe in love.
And exhale any tension or doubt.
Anything you've been holding onto that no longer serves you.
Letting love and white healing light fill this space in the middle of your chest.
And as you continue breathing deeply and intentionally we move this beautiful loving radiant white light down to our third chakra located in our belly in the area of our navel.
We allow this white light to expand and radiate from this area of our solar plexus.
Our belly is where our personal power comes from.
It's where we set our boundaries.
And stand in our truth.
Allowing this white healing light to resolve any tension as we release whatever we're ready to let go of.
Softening the belly with each breath as this white light works its magic on us in our third chakra.
Continuing to release and let go as this healing energy works its magic.
Traveling down once again we bring this white healing energy to the area of our pelvis.
Our second chakra that houses our sexuality and our creative energy.
Allowing this light to radiate from our lower back.
Letting go of any tightness or tension in this area.
Using our breath as a vehicle to release.
Allowing ourselves to receive this healing love.
To let go of what no longer serves us.
Giving ourselves permission to feel this radiant healing white light energy.
Allowing this energy to expand and relax the area of our pelvis,
Our genitals and our second chakra.
Feeling supported by this white light and safe.
Moving down just one more time.
To the base of our spine.
To our seat,
Our first chakra.
Where our tailbone touches the floor.
Allowing white radiant healing energy to expand from this point outward.
Releasing tension and allowing us to feel safe in our body.
To feel safe in our reality and current situation.
Using the breath again as a vehicle to release any stagnation,
Any tension or anything we're ready to let go of.
Allowing this white light to melt and heal anything that is ready to be healed.
As you continue relaxing and expanding this white light radiating from our first chakra,
Also known as our root chakra at the base of our spine.
We again allow this healing energy to travel through our entire body.
Feeling not just our first chakra but all the way up our spine being lit by this white healing light all the way to our crown.
This light extends out beyond our spine into our chest.
Reaching all the way through into our limbs.
Filling us with a radiant white healing energy.
Allowing your shoulders to soften and your muscles to relax.
Your jaw to unclench as you let this healing energy work on your body.
Taking it anywhere that needs a little bit of extra love or extra work.
Continuing to use the breath as a vehicle to release and let go of anything that is ready to exit your body.
Allowing this radiant white light to not only fill your body but extend beyond it into your aura and your energy field.
Sending this white light as far beyond you as feels good.
Letting it heal the space that you're in.
Your world around you.
Allowing this love to go wherever it needs to go and to work its magic wherever it's needed.
Radiating from inside of you far out beyond your body.
And as you continue to breathe we begin to pull this love this white light healing energy slowly back to our body.
Back to our skin.
Allowing it to soak into us.
To become a part of us.
Our living experience.
And our mental,
Emotional,
Spiritual,
And physical bodies.
Bringing this love in.
And integrating it to become one with who we are.
As we accept and receive this love we become more and more aware of our physical presence.
Noticing how our body feels in this moment.
Feeling our relaxation.
Feeling our body at rest.
Recognizing that at any point we choose we can come back here to total rest and total peace.
Taking this relaxation with us as we slowly and gently begin wiggling the fingers or toes.
And introducing gentle and subtle movements back to the body.
Noticing our chest expanding as we breathe.
Feeling the air leave our body as we exhale.
Possibly inviting some movement into the spine,
Into the neck.
And slowly and gently,
Whenever we feel called and ready,
Opening our eyes back into the space we're in.
And taking this relaxation with us throughout our day.
