Hello and welcome to another guided meditation.

Thank you for choosing self-love today and giving yourself this moment to sink into your body and relax.

We'll begin today's meditation in a comfortable position either seated upright or lying down.

Whatever feels good for you today.

Let's start by taking some big deep breaths in through the nose and back out through the mouth.

Repeating this breath,

But a little bit slower,

And through the nose.

And back out again through the mouth.

And as you continue breathing this way,

Allow your shoulders to relax and drop away from your ears.

Allow your jaw to unclench,

The muscles in your neck to fall.

And as you continue to breathe deeply,

Allowing that relaxation to travel down your body.

Relaxing the muscles in the hands and the arms.

Allowing the back and the torso to fall with gravity,

To relax.

Allowing the butt,

The pelvis,

And your legs all to simply fall.

As you continue taking big deep breaths in through the nose,

And out through the mouth.

As you continue to breathe in this pattern,

Imagine you're breathing in relaxation,

You're breathing in light,

Energy,

And healing.

And as you release on the exhale,

Let go of something.

Breathing in again,

Vibrant life energy,

And releasing whatever you're ready to let go of as you exhale out through the mouth.

Continuing this breathing as we release any tension,

Any blockages,

Any self-doubt,

Or anything else we're ready to let go of as we exhale.

Continuing to breathe deeply,

Then slowly,

At this point however is most comfortable for us.

Once again allowing the muscles in the body to relax,

Dropping the shoulders and unclenching the jaw.

Relaxing even deeper in our arms and legs as we simply breathe deeply,

Giving ourselves this moment to be here.

And as you continue breathing,

We check in with how we're feeling right now.

Are we calm and relaxed?

Is there something on our mind?

Is there something,

Some kind of feeling in our body?

Just simply witnessing,

And as we continue to breathe,

Letting go of these things,

And sinking deeper into the breath.

Turning our attention even deeper inward,

Looking at how we've been feeling as a whole.

Have we been feeling inspired lately?

Have we been going through the motions?

Have we been happy or sad,

Free or constricted?

Taking these moments to really check in and see how we've been feeling lately on a deep level.

Recognizing that when we ask these questions,

We're tapping into our deeper self,

The part of us that is ever-present and witnessing,

Who experiences life but doesn't attach to it.

This deeper self is our true self.

It's the one where our passions spring out from.

It's where our feelings of right and wrong come from.

It's where our love comes from,

As well as our inspiration.

Tapping into this part of ourselves as we continue to breathe deeply in and out through the nose.

And as we continue to breathe and face this internal,

True deep self,

We can ask it questions as though this is the first time that we're meeting.

We ask ourselves,

What is important to you?

Specifically asking that deeper self.

Continuing to breathe deeply in and out through the nose.

Releasing any thoughts and just simply feeling into it.

Maybe it's who we care for or how we spend our time.

Maybe it's something else entirely.

Not making any judgments,

Just simply listening to whatever answer comes through.

Asking our deepest,

Truest self what is important to you.

As we continue to check in with this part of ourself,

We ask more questions as though we're getting to know them for the first time.

What are you passionate about?

And when do you feel the most alive?

Again,

Giving no reasons or justifications for these answers.

With our thoughts or with our minds,

Simply just asking and feeling what comes up.

Asking ourselves another question.

How do you nurture what is most important to you?

How do you nurture what is most important to you?

Is there a way that I can enhance that and better serve us both?

Taking this time to really get to know your true,

Deeper self.

Asking any important questions that come to mind.

As though you were trying to get to know them for the first time.

Again,

Reflecting with them on what is most important to your truest and deepest self.

Asking what do you value above all else?

Listening for an answer from the way our body feels,

From our emotions,

From the way we feel in this moment.

What are your highest values?

And is there anything missing from your life right now?

Suspending judgment as we simply listen for any and all response that comes out internally.

Is there anything in your life that you're missing right now?

Simply taking mental note as you continue to breathe.

Relaxing the jaw.

Relaxing the shoulders and the arms.

All the way down through the torso,

The legs and the feet.

Just checking in with how we feel.

Feeling the passions and the truth of our deepest self.

Of what is most important and what is missing.

Taking this moment to ask ourselves how we can do better for our deepest self.

Talking directly to it,

Asking how can I do better for you?

Again allowing our deepest self to respond without judgment.

How can I do better for you?

Taking a big deep inhale through the nose.

And releasing any tension or emotion as you exhale out through the mouth.

Continuing to breathe deeply as you check in with your deeper self.

And ask how you can do better.

Recognizing that aligning with this deep self,

Our truest self,

Is what brings ultimate fulfillment.

True,

Deep,

Lasting happiness.

And growth into who we'd like to become.

Taking this moment to really absorb all the feelings that may have came up,

Any answers that we received.

Taking mental note of the values and the things that are most important to us at the deepest levels of our being.

Taking this moment to also ask our deep self anything that's been on our heart.

Or give gratitude or thanks to this part of ourselves for communicating and for being there for check in.

Taking this time to commune and ask anything that's on your heart.

Or say anything that's been on your soul and your mind.

Listening back for a response in the same way.

Recognizing that the language of the deep self is spoken through emotion and feeling.

Really checking in with our feelings and our body as we ask or say anything that's on our mind.

Taking this last moment to say or ask anything else.

Before we begin to close the meditation and give gratitude to our deeper self.

Taking this moment to give thanks,

Praise and love to our deep self for being there.

For being willing to respond to us through feelings and emotion.

Just sending some extra love and saying thank you.

Saying thank you for listening.

Thank you for bubbling up emotions in my everyday life.

To show me when I'm in alignment and to warn me when I'm not.

Thanking our deep self for keeping us emotionally safe and responsible as much as I can.

Giving us signals of how we feel before we make it to the conclusion of whatever situation we're in.

And thanking our deepest self for anything we feel called to thank them for.

Becoming in tune with the breath once again.

Feeling the air into your lungs as you breathe in through the nose.

And noticing the sensation of it leaving your body as you exhale.

Slowly becoming more in tune with your physical presence.

Maybe wiggling your fingers,

Wiggling your toes.

Or rubbing your thumb against your index finger.

Gently inviting movement back into the body.

And slowly and gently,

Whenever you feel so called,

Opening your eyes.

And taking this moment to integrate the meditation,

Feel how you feel,

And come back into the room that you're in.
