Hello and thank you for joining today's guided meditation.

Today's meditation will be about releasing with intention.

You can find yourself in a comfortable seated position or lying down.

Whatever makes the most sense for you in this moment.

We'll go ahead and begin by taking some big deep breaths in through the nose and releasing out through the mouth.

Let's repeat this breath again breathing in through the nose and exhaling out through the mouth.

One more time deep breath in through the nose biggest breath you've taken all day and hold your breath at the top and release something as you exhale out through the mouth.

Continue breathing in and out through the nose slowly and deeply but at your own pace.

Let's begin finding some relaxation in the body and clenching the jaw.

Relaxing all the muscles in the face.

Allowing the shoulders to drop away from the ears.

Relaxing the muscles in the arms all the way down to the hands.

Allowing the muscles in your chest and your back to fall.

And allowing the muscles in your legs and your abdomen to become limp with gravity.

Giving yourself this moment to relax as fully and as deeply as you can.

Taking this moment to release and let go of what no longer serves you.

Or what you would like to let go of to really enter into this practice.

With the energy that you want to get into it with.

Continuing to breathe deeply in and out through the nose.

We set our intention on something we'd like to work on today.

Maybe it's something we'd like to release.

As you continue breathing and relaxing your body.

Take this moment to do an internal scan and see if there's somewhere in your body you're still holding tension.

If there's any tightness or anything along the lines.

As you continue breathing deeply and checking in.

Once you notice an area that maybe you're a little bit more tight in.

Where you're carrying some extra energy.

Let's start by breathing in deeply.

And as we inhale,

Imagining that we're bringing energy directly into that area.

So that we can breathe in right into this spot.

As you exhale,

You're releasing that energy that may be stagnant or tight.

As though you're exhaling from that same spot of tension.

Breathing in new energy,

Healing energy,

Vibrant life energy.

And exhaling whatever needs to be released.

Continuing this breath.

As you continue to breathe and work with this area.

Imagine that you can move your energetic spirit arms while the rest of your body remains completely still.

As though you have an energetic body that is free to move about separately from your physical one.

And imagine you can take these energetic arms and hands and push the stagnant or tense energy off of you.

Imagine you can push this tension in front of you to where you can see it as something separate from your body.

As you push this blockage in front of you,

Whatever it is,

Allow yourself to see it intuitively.

You can talk to this energy block.

Maybe ask what they are,

What's causing it.

Asking your intuition,

Your emotional and physical intelligence as well.

As you continue pushing this tension,

This blockage out of your body in front of you.

Asking why it's here.

And what is causing it.

Continuing to breathe deeply.

And accepting any answers as they come.

Even if they don't make sense right now.

Just simply taking note of whatever it brings up for you.

As you ask these questions,

Turning around and asking yourself how you can become more in alignment with yourself so these blockages don't arise.

Is there something that you can do or a step that you can take?

To bring more ease and tranquility into your life.

It's where these blockages never arise in the first place.

Respecting and honoring any answers that come through.

And continuing to take mental note of things that we can integrate later.

As you continue seeing this blockage in front of you,

Giving some gratitude for the lessons that it brought.

For the fact that we are ready to release this.

Giving love and thankfulness that we can see this tension as something outside of our body,

Outside of ourself.

Where we've learned the lesson and this no longer serves us.

Just giving little thanks from the things that it's taught us.

As you continue to breathe,

Imagine this blockage sinking into the earth.

Where it can become recycled and composted and become something new and beautiful for something else down the line.

Releasing this energy and thanking it for the lessons that it brought us.

And as you finalize your release,

Continue allowing your body to relax with each breath.

As you integrate some of the lessons that you learned from this experience.

And some of the steps you can take to prevent these blockages from appearing as often in the future.

Reflecting back on the mental notes you took as to why it arose in the first place.

The things you can do to prevent it.

Inviting yourself to create an action plan if action is necessary.

Or anything you can do to be more in support of your own personal alignment.

As you continue breathing deeply and relaxing the body.

As you breathe,

I invite you to slowly become more aware of your feelings in this moment.

Any emotions that may have come up.

And any other parts of the body that may need work in the future.

Being gentle with yourself as you notice these things.

As you come back down,

Inviting movement to your fingers.

Maybe wiggling your toes.

Becoming more aware of your body as you invite movement into your spine or wherever feels right at this time.

Taking as long as you need to reflect and feel things out.

And whenever you feel so called,

Slowly and gently opening your eyes and coming back to the room that you're in.
