And again through the mouth,

Exhale,
Exhale.
And just a little bit different this last and third breath inhale deep.
You're going to hold you're going to hold the breath hold at the tippy top.
Surrender in gratitude with reverence,
Holding holding,
Sipping more air.
Lock it in.
And please let that go.
