Holding at the very tippy top,
Surrendering to that breath.
Hold it,
Honor it.
When you're ready,
Pulling the belly towards the spine,
Exhale.
You're going to continue in a nice rhythm of breath just like this.
Inhaling,
Holding at the top.
See if there's any tension,
You can start melting away.
Is there tension in the fingertips,
The fingernails?
Exhale the breath.
Continuing,
Inhaling.
Is there any tension in the toes and the heels?
Maybe you relax the shins,
The legs,
The bottom half of the body gets a little bit heavier than it was.
Exhale the breath.
Big inhale.
Holding.
What's the mind doing?
Can you relax the sides?
The brain,
The temples,
Can you relax the eyelids,
Eyeballs?
Can you relax the jaw?
Exhale.
Inhale.
Holding the breath,
Coming into the state of consciousness where you can really connect mind to body.
Where's there tension?
Exhale.
Let it fall off every exhale,
Every inhale's a new opportunity.
Big breath in.
Holding at the top.
Can you relax the shoulders,
The sternum?
Can you pull the belly slightly and exhale?
Big inhale.
Holding at the top.
Are the ribs floating?
Are they relaxed?
Is there tension in the lungs and the upper body?
Relax.

See if you can relax the throat,
Relax the ears,
The inner ear,
Relax the entire spine.
Get tall,

Hold the breath and just in that forehead space,
See the breath.
See in the mind's eye that word.
Maybe your word is joy,
Maybe it's peace,
Maybe it's just being present.

Shine this word bright through the forehead,
Through the mind's eye,
Into the energy field around you,
Wrapping it around you.
You are so deserving of everything making its way towards you.
Sit in more air through the mouth.
